They have the same seats available as the venue Awesome customer service everything you could ask for from a ticket agent and a fair service charge
I will NEVER use ticket master again. I bought tickets for a show and then read the refund policy to make sure I aligned with it to buy different tickets that opened up for better seats. My purchase met all the requirements. Nowhere did it say my entire order had to be the same price, just the tickets had to be. And my tickets were the exact same price. Customer service said they can't refund the tickets and of course you can only ask for a refund after you purchase new tickets opposed to being able to exchange them. My original purchase included parking but my second one didn't cause I figured they wouldn't refund the parking portion. After emailing back and forth the lady tells me to purchase parking on the new order, so I go into the new order under my tickets and then there's a button that says add parking (in that order) so I do so, thinking it will add parking to that order- nope apparently it makes a new confirmation number/order for the parking. I email this to the lady and she says they cannot refund cause it's not part of the order Number. There is literally no way I can find to do what she emailed me telling me what to do. So she basically lied or misrepresented the options, got me to buy parking from them and then tell me I need to just find someone to transfer the tickets to or resell them. This has been a nightmare experience and I'm about to be out $360 usd because they are basically criminals who completely misrepresent their processes. I'm furious if you can't tell. Do NOT ever ever order from them. Some people really need their money back and it's a crook system to make people buy new tickets then request a refund of the old order.
I.T./Website won't accept Logins.calls to them not answered.tried for four days to reach them.a very
Bad platform to deal with.Really Frustrated!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Their website links do not function and their customer service is completely nonresponsive.
I bought 2 Taylor Swift tickets as gifts for the Taylor Swift Concert on Friday, June 14 2013. I was so embarrassed when i received a call to say the tickets were in actual fact FAKE!
We bought tickets for November 1st in Salt Lake and received confirmation for September's 27th in Cleveland! They were no help and said the tickets ended up being resale and we couldn't sell them on their site. We had to sell them in 2 days on another site and eat the cost of like 150 In service and taxes and now the buyers of those tickets say one didn't work so we are being charged through them and extra fees and have to make sure they aren't lying and then have to go through ticketmaster who I guarantee will be no help and I'll have to file with our bank and bbb. Only bots and no phone support, no accountability! When we were messaging with them they just stopped messaging back. Ticketmaster are crooks! Also another acquaintance bought tickets for Las Vegas and received tickets for Los Angeles! Same issue and can't get a refund! If you can... stay clear of them, they changed all their rules and stuff over covid and have scammed people out of money from canceled events as well. Not worth the headache and lost money.
I absolutely detested my Ticketmaster experience -- to the point that from now on I will forego attending any event for which Ticketmaster is the sole ticket source. Ticketmaster offers no alternative to a digital ticket, and issued me a digital ticket without offering me any options or securing my consent; apparently, the mere fact that I provided a cellphone number sufficed as far as you were concerned. You provided no opportunity to indicate a preference for digital or printed, and you did NOT secure my consent. I needed a printed ticket because I was giving the tickets as a gift to people who did not use a cellphone; a digital ticket would leave me no option but to lend those folks my phone, and I need the phone at all times as I am caregiver for a very sick husband. Or -- as was suggested -- I could accompany the recipients downtown, park and accompany them to the venue just to get the digital tickets scanned -- an insane proposition, as I am a disabled senior citizen, and this is Winnipeg in December. With Ticketmaster, it is impossible to get to talk to a human being -- you have replaced customer service staff with chatbots. I contacted your "help line" and explained my problem to the chat-bot in an extensive "conversation" -- but of course a chat bot can only address a limited number of pre-programmed concerns, and beyond that offer polite platitudes. There is no point complaining; it goes nowhere. This is very convenient for Ticketmaster; after customers have exhausted the chatbot's repertoire, they have no choice but to give up in frustration and helpless anger. This practice of yours ensures that Ticketmaster never need deal with a human situation, employ any flexibility or compassion, or ultimately take responsibility for anything. Your set-up serves your own interest only, and is thoroughly detestable -- and you can be sure that I will share my experience with everyone I know.
First I started on another site to buy tickets for an event, should have stopped as soon as I saw it goes to the phone. But it can't be hard right? HA! WRONG.
So first problem I do NOT do email through my phone. Did get fan help how to do it through the website. WHICH of course wants me to install an app. CANNOT install their app onto an iphone6. So that is out.
But did finally find the tickets on my phone by going to ticketmaster.com WANTED TO TRANSFER them to my husbands newer phone. Transfer does not work. Spinning wheel forever. Support is not to be had. Autobot chat, about worthless. I finally found a transfer using my desktop and got them to his phone. Now HE is having fits because his phone wants to send him a code, and as soon as he goes to get the code the page to PUT the code in vanishes. MY GOD DOES ANYONE EVER TEST WEBSITES ON REAL PEOPLE? This has been the most frustrating evening just trying to buy tickets to an event that doesn't even happen for months. Deeply regretting this now. And will NEVER TOUCH TICKETMASTER AGAIN! The venue can sell directly or forget my business. NOT WORTH THIS FRUSTRATION.
Fast and easy to purchase tickets so satisfying they send me emails of my tickets and payment proof of everything
I was charged an extra $16.50 for insurance for the tickets I bought and I think should be honored for the sellers.
This website made it easy for me to purchase my tickets. I was able to purchase my tickets with no issues.
Absolute $#*!ing wankers. Ticketmaster are absolute $#*!ing wankers. Ballsacks. I love balls. I'll fart on ticketmaster
Hey Google...
Why won't you have a public review site for this thieving company with atrocious customer service so buyers can be warned?

Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
Answer: No, mine was a price jump
