Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.
I love using ticket liquidator. Only thing this time was told in one email I had to download my tickets to take with. Then on another it said use this QRO code. It was numerous emails and calls giving different info that was extremely frustrating.

It's so convenient to buy tickets on any fest wherever you are. Actually, nowadays it's of course preferable to buy everything from home, because of harsh lockdown and dangerous disease, anyway there are some people who go to offline stores and buy everything they want. I'm for social liability and I understand that it's very dangerous to go somewhere because I easily can be infected or accidentally infect someone. So, I acquire tickets on the fest due to this service, stayed at home. I want to thank this company because it offers great conditions in such tough times.
Ticket Liquidator is a fraudulent company. They told me one price for tickets and ended up charging me $125 more than the ticket price. They then gave my credit card information to another company who charged my credit card an additional $245. Everyone I have talked to told me they are a horrible company and to stay away!

I purchased tickets in March for the Imagine Dragons concert in Los Angeles in July. Imagine my joy when the tickets arrived and they were better than the original tickets I purchased! Wow... absolutely amazing... 6 sections closer to the stage and row 9... from floor... I had purchased row 27. Ticket Liquidators I will never buy tickets from anyone else in the future. Had a great time! Tickets were awesome and exactly as described. Box seats were comfortable and had a waitress on call! The map and directions were very helpful to what was in the area The one issue was a bunch of people got through and were standing in the isle so we were unable to see the stage/show through the first song... a little frustrating but was handled.
We had good seats three rows from the front off to the side, & was unable to hear - echo horribly about 3/4 of the people in our section couldn't make out was he was saying- they moved us to the very back in the middle so we could understand what he was saying. ( so much for paying extra for good seats!)
My 6 year old son and I waited in the rain and occasional thunder / lightning storms outside the venue for 2 1/2 hours. The staff kept telling us the concert had another 30 minute delay until they finally made the call to postpone it. Good thing we had bought ponchos. Very disappointed that there was no refund issued.
Smooth and pain free. Searched for tickets to the sold out Adele concert in Chicago, found several options with preferred sellers clearly identified. Purchased them, got confirmation, tracking and follow-up right away. They sent an email with local places to dine, have a drink and even enjoy more entertainment, along with directions. Ok, so I have been waiting, as well as my wife, to see the strokes, for years. Too bad once we got to nyc we found out that they have pawned us bad, fake tickets. 100% guarantee? How about subtracting 100 percentage points. Filing a complaint with visa asap. DO NOT TRUST THIS "Company."
So 125 for each ticket, which turned out to be fake, then we had to buy, "obstructed view" tickets which were way lame.
Do yourself a favor and stick with ticketmaster or an actual reputable company.

Terry comes out and sings a couple songs. People looked puzzled and wondered where the puppets were. Then he reminded the audience that the puppets sang because of him. They're so lifelike and he's so great at his job that you completely forget what you're watching. Over two hours of sheer enjoyment. Ben Harris as the opening DJ was fantastic. The guy can move! Terry gives all the proceeds from the merchandise sales to veteran programs. The only problem is they have one venue to purchase and the crowds are so long and clustered together you wait forever plus you are shoved around by those trying to exit. A couple more booths at the ends of the side aisles would help. That, or letting us know where to purchase online. Otherwise, can't wait to see him again.

I purchased tickets through Ticket Liquidator for the first time when I bought tickets for Wicked. I had a special request due to accessibility issues. One month before the show they told me that the tickets they assigned were not going to work because of my special request and asked if another set of tickets would be suitable. Well did I luck out! I inadvertently made an error while purchasing and selected the wrong date. Even though, I emailed and called within minutes of the purchase, ticket liquidator would not do anything other than offer me the option of re-posting the tickets for sale. However, I could not even re-post the tickets as it was only two days until the game (other sites allow posting through game day). I'll be avoiding TicketLiquidator in the future in case I make another mistake; and will avoid using them to sell as they have restrictive sell dates
Purchased tickets on line from Ticket Liquidator at a reasonable price for fantastic seats at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. The stadium is a throwback to the 60's style, the seats are roomy and padded! Yes, padded. Makes for a more comfortable game. My husband and I had a great time. One piece of advice: either drive or Uber yourself there because Los Angeles public transportation is not dependable. Also the neighborhood may not be the safest to walk around at night. But it was easy in and not too bad getting out--a lot of people to direct you.

Vince Gill was awesome, he is a top notch performer. I just amazed at the rude people in the audience. A lady sitting next to me sang throughout the program. I didn't say anything but did it occur to her that I didn't pay good money to hear her sing? Then a guy sitting next to my husband plopped down in the seat, immediately got comfortable, spreading his legs apart, clapping as loud as he could... And then there's the Midland Theater, it's old and needs a remodel. Probably the last program we'll attend there.

Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.
