Bought tickets for The Eagles concert in Atlanta... very pleased with Ticketliquidator on ease of using the site and their pricing was the lowest I found. Also they offer a guarantee that I felt was important since I had not used their site before. Will definitely use them again!

We love TicketLiquidator.com! We have used them multiple times in the past 5 years... mostly for hockey tickets but this time for concert tickets! They have great prices and really fast shipping! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

"How to get Hacked"
August 8, 2016

Wanted to get tickets. Suddenly, a rebate pops up. Wow! The beginning of the end! Someone with access to your site can advertise to unsuspecting victims? My tickets even printed with the same ad? Now, I'm cancelling all my cards, my email, and praying that I can recover from this fiasco!
Aussie Pink Floyd was great. Sadly, I'm still sick to my stomach worrying.

Ticket Liquidator is a SCAM. I purchased preseason Clippers tickets on 08-14-14 and for a game on 10-07-14, the tickets were supposed to arrive on the 10-03-14 and they never arrived. I ended up purchasing tickets on game day through Stubhub. Please go with Stubhub or Ticketmaster, don't let Ticket Liquidator fool you like it did me. I even called Ticket Liquidator after reading reviews, left a message and no one had the decency to call me back. Their are numerous negative reviews for this site, which I read after I impulsively purchased tickets. I plan on calling my cc company and disputing the charges immediately

I LOVE how the website itself is set up: it is very clear with where the seats are in the concert venue and the price range of the tickets in each section. The website makes it easy to choose a self-suitable price range for yourself, and shows you exactly where you'll be sitting. I don't think I could have found cheaper/closer tickets! Also, the delivery method was very secure, which I am thankful for since I bought $200 worth of tickets for multiple people! They were delivered well in advance of the event date.

Bad Experience...

I really felt I got ripped off... I ordered my tickets on line... 54.00 second price from the lowest price... 22.00... when my tickets came they said 22.00. I called right away but was informed that was what I was suppose to get for 54.00. I called Art Park to see if I needed to bring a lawn chair... she said yes... and I would be sitting with all the people that paid 22.00... I had no better seating then them... but I paid $ 231.00 for my 2 tickets... with exchange and delivery. My mother ( 77 year olds) and I had to get there and wait 4 hours before the show because that's what the lady at Art Park informed me because if we waited till later we would be on a back hill and not see anything but the screens. I talked to many people about my tickets... saying that there was nothing they could do for me... that I received the right tickets... everybody sitting around us only paid 22.00 for their ticket. Any how I learned my lesson and will NOT order on line again...

A. I had to buy ticket for my 14 month old which was not stated clearly for this show.
B. I noticed that service fee is much higher when I buy tickets on ticket liquidator compared to broadway site. This will make me think twice next twice
C. Unfortunately there were other valentines day deals later which would have costed me much less to buy ticket directly from shows site,

Sorry the fees were a bit much for you. Those help to cover the costs associated with running a secondary ticket market. Fees bought from the theater may be lower, but there are times where our base price for tickets are cheaper. If you keep an eye out, you can find some great deals through our site. I hope you found the service smooth and easy to use!

Loved Clay!

I had a great experience. Buying the tickets on line was easy and being able to print them at home was perfect. I'm a huge Clay Aiken fan, so I already knew the concert would be amazing and he did not disappoint. I just wish he would start doing more concerts.

Wash out in Kalamazoo

PPD because of 8" of rain till next day Sunday the 15th. If unable to attend rescheduled game that tickets purchased through WMU would be honored for any remaining home games. Ticket Liquidator informed me my tickets were no good. I feel TL should stand behind the Good Relations Policy of the Venue. Will never go through TL again for any tickets for any Event.

I am sorry to hear that your event was postponed due to the rain. I see in the order notes that you called in and our representative advised you that the tickets would be valid for any home game but when you contacted the venue, they said that because the tickets were purchased through a resale marketplace, they would not be valid for any home game. We at Ticket Liquidator cannot control the policies of the venue and in this case it appears that the venue has decided not to include resale tickets in the rescheduled game policy. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Late Delivery

Working in Hawaii and getting to a game makes it really hard not knowing if you are going to get your tickets. There was no reason the tickets had to be delivered so late. I didn't know if they were going to be in my mail box until after I got to my home from Hawaii. It makes more sense to turn them over as soon as we purchase them or at least a month ahead so we know to buy plane tickets. I will prefer email tickets from now on.

We are very sorry for the unhappiness with the delivery delay. There are times where the venue does not release the tickets until closer to the event date which would delay the seller in sending the tickets to you. We are glad you did receive your tickets and hope you enjoyed Hawaii and the game!

It stated instant download, however, I had to wait until the next morning due to the office being closed. There was nothing that stated it on the website. Otherwise we were happy to get the tickets. Sad that we had very loud obnoxious drunk women behind us, which did ruin what would have been a wonderful play.

BOGUS TICKETS

Took, my money $360.00, Invited two of our friends to go and have a great evening. Did dinner, and went to the concert and found out the tickets were no good. Try to work with this company since it took place in August the 10,2016., they made all kinds of promises to give the money back and that has never happen and now the operators don't even answer their phone. I will and won't recommend this company to anyone. I just don't have that kind of money to throw away.

I purchased tickets from Ticketliquidator.com to Wicked way in advance of ticket sales at the venue. The tickets were not available to be mailed until about a month before the show. What impressed me is that Ticketliquidator kept in touch by email reminding me of my ship day. I even got a reminder about the event after I got my tickets and a few days before the show. Wow, they are truely a full service operation. You can't go wrong.

You Are Horrible

I was going to purchase tickets but had to change my mind. I did not click "submit", but your website must have done it for me. I closed the website and received an email thanking me for my purchase. I've tried to contact you with no results. I could not get a real person. I want the tickets refunded because I never clicked the final button thereby agreeing to anything. I am disputing with my credit card company and will go to small claims court if necessary.

You fleeced me!

All the seats were filled in the front and then there were 8 rows in the back where noone sat!? I started asking questions and most of the people there had only paid $20 for their ticket and they were right by the stage how do you justify charging me $135 dollars to be in the back vacant row? I'm very disappointed in your service and feel you should reimburse me some of my money. I thought you were a reputable site...

We are sorry to hear about the unhappiness with face value. The price of the tickets is determined by the ticket seller depending on the market value for the event itself which is in fact sometimes higher than the price on the tickets.

I can't say enough good things about this experience! Seats for Kid Rock where best in the house. Price was half that printed on the tickets. Delivery was only 2 days.

Not happy with these guys

Ordered tickets from this company and could not download or print them. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and they said "No Refunds". They put me in touch with the company that was actually selling the tickets and they were emailed to me immediately. I still had to pay TicketLiquidator for their service charges and download fee. A real waste of my money and I will never deal with these guys again. Learn from my mistake!

Terrible seats for a big price!

The Lion King was wonderful but would have been much more enjoyable with better seat location. I paid a big price for my 2 tickets and the seats were up so high & far that we could hardly see the stage & performers. Very disappointed and will never purchase through this site again & would not recommend to anyone to purchase through this site. Much better to purchase tickets through the Schuster Center. Learned a tough lesson!

Of course with these site you get hit on high prices and fees, but the market is the market. Whenever I check both stubhub and ticketliquidator, and if they both ticketliquidator has lower fees by usually around $10 a ticket. I guess that extra $10 of your money on stubhub goes to all the ubiquitous ads you see everywhere. I've order tickets from this site several times and never had a problem.

This company sells your phone number and email. I have been harassed by calls since buying tickets, and when I called to have my information removed they refused. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold twice never speaking to a manager to resolve the issue nor did the customer service individuals come back on the line. Since I have been hanging up on them when they call they have started calling me with a blocked number. This is totally unacceptable. I would not trust this business because they sell your personal information.
