Unexpected circumstances happened and I could not go to the stadium, and I could not find a way to sell my tickets at TicketLiquidator, which is annoying, unfortunately.
Risky? Yep, well, if that doesn't change you know how many additional times you will see me as a customer...

Seats were great! Never been to a statium concert before. Always go to Vegas for concerts, I'M spoiled! Too many drunks, rude people. Must of been the concert. Concert was fab glad I got to go.My friend that went with me{it was his first concert] he really liked it!
My Husband and I wanted the last day of our honeymoon to be awesome. So we decided to do one of our favorite things together, and that is watching baseball. The Pirates and Dodgers were playing that day in Pittsburgh so I started looking for tickets. I came across ticketliquidator.com and gave it a shot since they had tickets really close to the field and at a reasonable price. We bought them on like a Friday we got them that Monday or Tuesday. No problems no hassle no having to call customer service. Ahhhhh, the one thing that went without any glitches. LOL Thanks ticketliquidator.com... we'll be back!
When I ordered tickets the lady who helped me said I had front seats, few rolls from stage. I bought 4 tickets at $150 each and we were on very back. I'm very upset as people beside us paid $40. I am going to turn over to BBB
Sorry for any confusion. I took a look at your order and I see that there are some notes stating that you were likely told that you were 6 sections from the stage, not 6 rows. So sorry for this error in communication.
The agent was great-I told her what I was hoping for-she got me 6 seats-2 and 4 behind those-with 2 on the aisle-with fees, each ticket was $40 below face value! Great seats and fabulous ballet. We will definitely use you again and again. (Only thing I did not love was being referred to Great Fun-it was not clear to me that the $25 savings your agent offered entailed a monthly fee/subscription with Great Fun. Still working on canceling that-and it's not easy).

It was my first time using Ticket Liquidator and I will definitely use them again. I received immediate feedback on when my tickets were being shipped, when they arrived, and there were even instructions on the tickets with contact numbers should I have issues with them the day of. Not only did a get a great price, but the service was remarkable.
I am very upset that ticket liquidator did not notify customers about the extreme security at Gillette. We came from our of state, took uber and were rudely told we could not attend the concert with our purses. You should have sent an email to earn us. Some women have very expensive bags and were told to throw them away. I would like compensation for my cost to FedEx the purses home. We were treated like terrorists. I will never attend another event at Gillette and will never use your company. Ticketmaster notified their customers. You ruined our experience. Mary Balbo

I purchased the tickets in Nov of 2015 for an event in Aug of 2016. As if a week before the concert I had not received my tickets. I contacted customer service and was reassured that I would get my tickets but I may want to email the seller as well. A few days before the concert when I was able to finally reach the seller, ticket option.com, he was extremely rude, told me he was cancelling my order and then hung up on me. Long story short I never received my tickets and missed the event. Now I am trying to get my 200% refund... can't wait to see how difficult it will be to get my money back. If I could give no stars, I would. I will NEVER do business with you again.
Fabulous night especially for Grandchildren. Cubs CEO Tom Ricketts was walking around the ballpark.and made his way up to the 500 section. My 11 year old granddaughter asked him to take a selfie which he did. Ricketts then gave her a ball which she gave to her 8 year old brother. They were mesmerized by the playoff experience with their parents.

Where do I start I am a senior living on a fixed income but wanted to do something special with my daughters and granddaughter. The seats were not good we were very close to the back no where near the stage and during intermission found out that the lady sitting next to my daughter only paid 116 dollars for her seats you guys charged me 176 I am very upset about this and will not be recommending buying tickets from you again I am also going to post this and let my friends know about it so made a very special event less so but you probably do not care. I purchased tickets foe $7.00 EA for Row 1 seats at the Northwestern Wildcats football game. My wife and son loved attending their first live football game. I should have bought paring because I Passos $20 to park.
I had an unfortunate event and could not attend a concert which I had bough 4 tickets for and the company fully refunded my transaction very happy with the customer service and will definitely use ticket liquidator in the future.

For the people who choose to book online last minute, you need to be very clear for last minutes place and location to pickup tickets. I went to the theater box office, and they could not find me. And they were not interested in helping in any way (customer service wise) because the tickets had been purchased from Ticket Liquidator and not their box office. I went into a panic, this because it was only 15 minutes before show time. In fact, because of all the hustling done to find place to pickup my tickets, I missed the opening number of the show "Hamilton." Ticket Liquidator needs to highlight pickup location better, and I would say even give party a call to reiterate location so panic and missed show is not experienced going forward.
Surprised to receive this survey before I received my tickets. Purchased 10 on Wednesday, received email for feedback on Friday but no tickets. Clearly I am not pleased and fee a refund is due if you do not plan to deliver the tickets.
Hey, Tim. There's no need to worry. I see a note on your order specifying that your tickets will be ready for delivery by July 15. Some venues don't release tickets for distribution until a certain date to cut down on the production of duplicate or fraudulent tickets. Tickets often arrive before that prescribed date, but in any case, there's no reason to expect any problems just yet.
Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
