Purchased tickets on line from Ticket Liquidator at a reasonable price for fantastic seats at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. The stadium is a throwback to the 60's style, the seats are roomy and padded! Yes, padded. Makes for a more comfortable game. My husband and I had a great time. One piece of advice: either drive or Uber yourself there because Los Angeles public transportation is not dependable. Also the neighborhood may not be the safest to walk around at night. But it was easy in and not too bad getting out--a lot of people to direct you.
Concert was wonderful, but tickets were WAY overpriced. Matt Knight arena turned our third row, end row seats into one long row going across the entire floor. My husband has mobility issues, so I paid top dollar for end seats only to end up in the middle of an endless row. I would never buy tickets through you again.
Better than Roger Waters' The Wall show. Voices of Gilmore and Waters were almost perfect. They hit every note with meaning and empathy. The women singer on Great Gig in the Sky was perfect. The sax player was as good as Clarence, Climax Blues Band, the horn in Urgent. Saw the performance on public tv and made me get tickets. I'm someone who sees everyone. Totally worth it.

I thought the service fees were high and i had to call to and wait on hold forever to get my email sent with my tickets that I purchased for a same day event a few hours away. Which caused me even more money due to having to go somewhere to print them out.

No problem ordering tickets. However was told tickets would be at one location for pick up but they were not there (35 min before showtime). Contacted customer service again and was then told they would be at the venue. Upon reaching theatre, I was told nothing under my name. As I was calling customer service again, the box office got confirmation of my purchase and was given a voucher to enter theatre (about 8 min before showtime). Experience was anxiety producing.
I have now used T L'r several times- you are reliable, fair and clear.
We went to the baseball game yesterday in Toronto buying tix at almost last minute. All worked perfectly.

The bands sounded great, but you could tell they were not into it because the crowds were jerks! Talked the entire time. I was asked to sit down several times by a group of old white collar people that had no clue who the counting crows were! They even threw water at us! Really disappointed that I paid so Much for tickets and had this experience! We will not be back to chastain!
Was expecting a bit more Christmas music (even if hard rock). The loudness obsecured the words when man narrating the Christmas portion of the program. People in front of me had 2 kids (approx 5 and 11)-- they only lasted for 2 songs. Volume was insane. Actually hurt my ears-- unpleasant overall. Extremely disappointed. Saw Mannheim Steamroller last year and the show was somewhat the same-- but didn't break your eardrums.
Planned, prepared, saved up, kept the days open from work and other activities and then a few months out I received a phone call that they had over sold the tickets. That isn't my fault. So my tickets were refunded and they gave no help in obtaining any other tickets. I don't understand the greed process! I will avoid using this process again.
Seeing Jackson Browne andJames Taylor, same night, same venue, was like a dream come true. However, our tickets said 8:00 pm and Jackson started at 7:00. We were not alone in our disappointment. Some people had received emails about the mix up. We did not. To fly to Chicago and miss most of Jackson's opening concert was such a downer. We have loved him for over 40 years. The rest of the evening was fabulous and seeing the two of them do a few songs together was great fun

We had good seats three rows from the front off to the side, & was unable to hear - echo horribly about 3/4 of the people in our section couldn't make out was he was saying- they moved us to the very back in the middle so we could understand what he was saying. ( so much for paying extra for good seats!)
Vince Gill was awesome, he is a top notch performer. I just amazed at the rude people in the audience. A lady sitting next to me sang throughout the program. I didn't say anything but did it occur to her that I didn't pay good money to hear her sing? Then a guy sitting next to my husband plopped down in the seat, immediately got comfortable, spreading his legs apart, clapping as loud as he could... And then there's the Midland Theater, it's old and needs a remodel. Probably the last program we'll attend there.

I ordered tickets for madonna concert in Philly for 9/24/15 and they turned out to be no good... at box office they said tickets with that same bar code were already used! This was disappointing embarrassing and beyond frustrating... i don't think I can ever use this site again!

I bought tickets in Dec. 2015 for my granddaughters and paid over $100 for each one only to print them & find that they were $35 general admission tickets. It should be against the law for you people to do this. I will never buy tickets from you again and I work for a dentist for 40 yrs now and have told & will continue to tell everyone I see about what a rip off bunch of money grubbing people you all are! Once again these older rockers sent us for a loop. Thinking they would have slowed down in the last few years, we were glad to see that recent reviews we had read were true. Ozzie, Geezer and Tony were as great as ever... Tommy the drummer since 2012 was also awesome. They were true to their original sound. A must see act before they are gone for good!

Booked tickets to the Sugar Bowl with my family. We were so looking forward to it. The looks on my children and wife's faces when we were told our tickets were fraudulent is burned into my mind. I am unsure which emotion is more overwhelming - my utter abhorrence to both ticketliquidator and the repugnant individual who ruined the vacation of a happy family OR the sadness we all felt when leaving the stadium and seeing the tears streaming down my daughter's face as others entered the stadium with ease. This was the WORST ticket purchasing experience I have had in my entire life. I tried to call customer service after this horrible display of the lack of human morality and - of course - no one answered my call. Essentially, I paid over $600 to see my beloved family look more upset than I ever have before. Thanks ticketliquidator, you really provided us with a one-of-a-kind experience.
Having the advantage of VIP parking, entrance and admittance to the lounge and box seats with service was awesome. The concert was great! I usually stay away from this venue due to the hassle of parking both arriving and especially leaving but the VIP tickets solved that problem. The lounge is wonderful with free pre show apps, plus a menu if you care to dine, also comp. Ice cream at intermission is a treat. I whole heartedly recommend the extra expense for VIP.
Excellent site. Cost, responsive, and service above my expectations. I searched all the sites before coming back to this one for the price. Still was apprehensive - received email conformation and date to expect tickets (these were not available in e-ticket) received tickets 2 weeks prior to date given. Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
