The overall reputation of the company reflects significant dissatisfaction among customers, primarily due to inadequate customer service and operational inefficiencies. Common complaints include last-minute ticket cancellations, unresponsive support, and excessive service fees, leading many to label their experience as frustrating and untrustworthy. Although some customers reported successful transactions, the overwhelming sentiment points to a lack of reliability and transparency in ticket fulfillment. The company's approach to customer service appears outdated, with long wait times and insufficient resolution options, prompting customers to seek alternatives for ticket purchasing.

Had a code for a pre-sale. Didn't even allow me to purchase a ticket. Waited patiently for the next day to purchase and again the same problem. Does this website even work? The absolute worst in terms of communication. Sent question on twitter, no reply. Sent email, no reply. Calling customer service, been on for over half an hour and no response. Finally the phone rang twice and then they hung up on me. Absolutely Terrible. This company should just pack it up and pack it in.
No one answers the phone; it takes forever to get an email back and they're usually rude and short with you. Save yourself some misery and use ticketmaster
I am a stay at home mother of a 22 year old autistic young man. I heard on the radio about the Breaking Chains Tour With Big Daddy Weave, Krowder and two other contemporary Christian bands. I bought two tickets at $150.00 dollars A PIECE! Yes. What was advertised was VIP Platinum tickets. This was to include meet and greet, photo ops and refreshments with the band and front row seating, IF you got there first! Printed off my VIP parking pass, which got me put way in the back of the fairgrounds standing in line behind the other first 100 people in line. NO VIP Line! No staff inside that could tell us where to go after finally getting inside the gate. All I got was a front row seat, which was completely incredible, but I had friends that paid 50.00 and were just a few rows back. I complain to Ticketfly and they REACH out to the Event Planners. They decide I don't get a reimbursement for one ticket. Was NOT asking a full refund, but this was fraudulent advertising at it`s best! I hope that these artists get these complaints and stop using you. Beyond disappointed.
Was sold a ticket to a show and my account was charged, but the ticket never arrived. When contacted, they claimed to have no record of the transaction. My bank statement showed the charge to my account. My sons friend will not be able to attend this show with us, and I am now just getting the run a round from their customer service. $29.28 lesson on internet scam awareness. Stay away from this business.
I received an email that Justin Moore (Country Singer) was performing at the Silverlake Lounge. A PHOTO OF HIM is shown with the venue. I purchase two tickets and the next day, Ticketfly sends me this, "It has come to our attention that there has been some confusion concerning the support act Justin Moore. This is NOT the country singer, but rather (the other) Justin Moore. If you have any questions let us know."
I wrote back and explained that I wanted my money back and seven days later, they tell me "no" as he was listed as a supporting act. Ticketfly owned up to the mistake! But they don't want to make it right? I'll NEVER purchase a ticket again from this site.
Absolute worst. Ordered tickets. They said thye were being mailed. Never received them. Called them. They said they sent them. No proof of delivery. Not even an email. Now they just got hacked and lost 27 million account info. I hope venues stop doing business with these people. They do not tell the truth. They are liars. Do NOT do business with them.
I used many websites to purchase thing i. E plane tickets, hotels-this website the worse=can't sign in, password trouble-sucks, sucks, sucks
TicketFly sold me tickets to a pair of seats for a May 4 M3 Rock Festival - seats 37 and 38. When I arrived at the concert that night, I found that seat 38 does not exist at the venue. I attempted to get help from 3 different employees of the venue who just told me "yeah, someone screwed up. Just see if you can find another pair of seats". So, on our own, we did find a pair of seats that were unoccupied, BEHIND the row we purchased in. But, even then, we ended up getting bounced MULTIPLE times in the middle of a music set by folks holding the tickets for one or both seats. I provided the explanation ALONG WITH PHOTOS to prove seat 38 does not exist. First of all, it was really difficult to get TicketFly "customer" support to even respond to my complaint. Then, they claimed they contacted the event sponsor, who refused a refund, stating that they'd offered us seats closer to the stage. That was a total lie (Merriweather Post Pavilion!). In fact, the venue employees acted as if we were bothering them when we asked for assistance. Oh, I will be reviewing the venue as well on that part. Told TicketFly it's unacceptable and that I will not stop until I get satisfaction. Also, contacted the venue. We should hold such HORRIBLE businesses accountable, even if it is inconvenient for us to do so. They believe they are above the law. Let's show them they are not. Otherwise, they'll just keep on doing it to others. I'm still waiting for a response as to whether they're going to force me to get "legal" on their behinds.
I bought 1 ticket for a show 6 months from now. It charged me for 4 tickets and a 30 dollar service charge. Thank god i had 160 bucks in my checking account. No customer service. If I have to eat all these tickets, I'm going to kill someone.
They do not answer the phone or respond to email request. Tried getting an answer through Facebook, still no response in any way. Its been over a week of trying to get in touch with someone.
After two calls and 40 minutes holding, Ticket Flyer fully refunded my tickets, with apologies, for a cancelled show. They said the venue hadn't notified them of cancellation, so I've upgraded their rating.
I bought two tickets through them. $25.00 each. Went through the whole purchase process only to find out at the end that each ticket came with an additional $8.30 "Service Charge." When I tried to undo the transaction, all I got was, "No refunds." Outrageous phony "Service Charges" like this will ensure I'll never buy through Ticketfly again. Awful!
Ticketfly takes your money but cant get through on the phone or get an email reply
Regarding refunds for a concert rescheduled from May 1 to Oct. 5. I guess they just
Plan on keeping peoples money including interest. Deadline for refunds is tomorrow.
They only give you less than week to request a refund.
I can't figure out what the purpose of Ticketfly is. They're very nice and happy to be the face of a concert when it comes to taking your money, but when it comes to anything else, they act like you're speaking gibberish. They took me for $300 for a show that wasn't even scheduled yet, then when it was and I determined that I couldn't go, they refused me a refund, wouldn't let me transfer the ticket to someone who could go, and blamed it on the venue. Why is this middleman even necessary? Terrible. Just buy your tickets at the door or use Ticketmaster.
I was forced to cancel my credit card besides missing out on a special occasion concert my husband and I were looking forward to.
"Ticket fly.com" rigs the order to force the customer to make a phone call in person because the website kickbacks any orders. Customer support then "adds a processing fee because it is on the phone. This system allows them to have us pay it forward to them via credit card in real money.
After charging a total fee of $127, I was told tickets would land in my inbox "at the end of the month for accounting purposes".
Of course, I never received them & all recovery efforts were unsuccessful. Numerous phone calls to them went unanswered & my two emails were met with breezy auto-replies claiming to "reply back as soon as possible".
***Highly suggest you report them to the BBB.org website as well as to your unassuming concert sponsor***
While it's easy to get tickets, it isn't easy to change information (e.g. Email account). I tried calling because you apparently cannot do this online, and they kept me on hold for about ten minutes before I got impatient and hung up. All I wanted to do was change my email address to receive my mobile ticket. I don't see why that should be a problem.
6 times tried to buy tickets, im from Mexico. Thank God, in Mexico, the charges didnt go trough, but Ticket Fly is the Worst ive ever seen when buyin tickets.
15 bucks fee, my adress, my zip code, my name, and YOU CANT BUY a F... ING Ticket... THE LAST TIME i use them.
I am very unsatisfied with the service. I have been trying to contact the company on the phone for a day and they have not picked up! In addition, i ACCIDENTALLY bought a ticket and the website gave me no notification on the website that i bought it, so i bought another one. I later found out i was chargered twice! In addition, their costumer service are not answering my emails, and they disabled my account. I am beyond upset.
