Ordered some bras before - returned them because of poor fit. It was quite a hassle the first time. The second time I tried to place an order, they refused to fulfill it, without specifying a reason. They happily charged my credit card though. Some company.
Given their poor reviews and poorly made products I am absolutely thrilled to warn other potential customers to avoid them. Stick with Nordstrom, Macy's or other reputable stores - who know how to treat their customers!

Third Love is a company that I want to love and support because of its body type inclusivity. I have an odd size and their products really do fit me well so I have purchased from them twice. Lets be honest - their prices are H-I-G-H but I'm willing to pay a little more for a product that fits well and lasts. However, every product I have bought from them has *not* lasted. My most recent purchase was a white (ok, that one was on me) Pima Cotton 24/7 t-shirt bra about 4 months ago. It fit great (and still fits great!), but the white yellowed very quickly and now the bra is coming apart at the seams. I have other bras that I have had for years that are still in great condition, or at least usable condition. (yeah yeah, I know, replace your bras at least once a year) I hate that I spend twice as much on their products as I would from a competitor and they just don't last. You know what they say, " Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on Me." Will I be purchasing from them again? "Don't throw good money after bad."

I was incredibly excited when I first ordered from thirdlove and was actually able to find bras in my size.
I ended up ordering two of the 24 hr tshirt bras which is their best selling bra.
I immediately noticed that the straps were not non slip at all nor are they fully adjustable either, which is a deal breaker for a petite woman. That aside, they fit well. But after only a few months, they began to show obvious wear and tear. First, the underwire broke through on one of them and then the seams started coming loose on both. Sadly, I had no choice but to order from thirdlove again in November of 2022, because I can't find any other companies that carry my size.
I found a discount code online and hesitantly bought two more of the same style.
Big mistake.
They fell apart even quicker this time. They haven't even lasted 8 mths.
The seaming has come loose on both the cups, and it's so bad on one that it's no longer wearable.
Very disappointed with this company.

These bras are extremely cheaply made, and they sent me one where the straps were sewn in twisted. When I contacted them about it, they refused to replace or credit me. These bras are awful, and they don't stand behind their shoddy products. You'll be out an expensive bra and their customer service is truly terrible.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Used their website's fit guidelines to find the "right" size, which ended up being ridiculously small (both band size & cup size) when I received it. Chose to have a video call with a fit specialist to determine the right size for me. The specialist supposedly handled the exchange process for me so that all I should have had to do was print out a return label, but the link they gave me took me through the whole exchange process, including asking me whether I wanted store credit or a refund. I wasn't sure which to choose, and replied to their email asking what to do. Days passed, and I received multiple warning emails telling me I'd better send back my current bra soon or else I would not be able to refund/exchange. I sent multiple emails to every address I could find over several days, with no response. Finally got a chat rep to send me the shipping label I should have received to begin with. Meantime, I still kept getting the warning emails about returning my purchase, and the bra that this fit specialist ordered for me is STILL too small in the cups, despite the professional fitting session, but there's no way I'm going through this nonsense again, so I guess I'm just stuck with an ill-fitting bra. Will not order anything from them again. (The bra itself seems nice, which is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1.)
UPDATE: Third Love reached out to me to try to resolve the matter. The specialist I worked with this time suggested adding a half cup size and promised to be my point of contact if I had any problems with the return process. This time I insisted on being sent the shipping label directly instead of relying on questionable links to dynamic sites, and I was able to process the return without issue. The new bra fits perfectly. I would still recommend against buying a bra in December if you're not 100% positive about the fit, as I think the holiday shopping and mailing surge make it a bad month to hope for a smooth return process. But I've added 2 stars to my original review in light of the effort Third Love made to make things right and the good fit of the new bra.

The link to my tracking number was not working, every time I clicked it, it said to check back in few minutes. I did, same response on the website every time I checked for a few days. Finally contacted CS and got no response on line after waiting over 10 minutes, Called them, the wait was long there too, so entered the number 2 requesting a call back, no response to a call back request, ever. Later in the day checked my email and someone from ThirdLove had sent an email saying I was not responding, and blamed the internet, and said my package is on the way, said it was sent out on 12-2, SEVEN calendar days after my order was actually placed and credit card charged. Lying to customers is really not nice. Charging their credit card a good week before any activity happens and then 2 weeks to the date, still, no product delivered is what I call rotten service. Don't matter if the product is good, if you lie or fudge facts, you are rotten at customer service. (And this order is to replace a bra where the underwire broke while I was wearing it, seems a common problem when I read the reviews, and I guess I learned something today, Third Love's bras have a life span of one year or less, per Third Love. They should cost a lot less then, if they are gonna break so often.)

Thirdlove's site says 60 day return policy so I thought it was a reliable business. As it turns out, they won't refund an item if the tags are removed. I have very sensitive skin, so removed them. I purchased 2 bras and tore them each for a few hours. After the trial, I literally had bruises from the bras. $120 lesson: Don't deal with this deceitful company.

I purchase the (Sheer lift shortie). It has No support lift on the bottom of the butt, plus the the hemming on the top of the waist and bottom around the thigh legs area, needs to be a lot thicker to hold down. I sat down and it roll up on the thigh leg area. But I can say, it feels like I'm not wearing underwear that's a five star..
I am a first time shopper and didn't get the 15% discount; however, ThirdLove immediately rectified the situation and gave me the 15% discount! I am very satisfied with my shopping experience!
Had issues with the coupons but it was resolved promptly
I purchased my first bra from Thirdlove in September, 2020. I then purchased 5 more because I loved mine. THEN, while I was sitting simply READING the plastic "underwire" just snapped! I immediately requested a replacement. They sent a very insulting email back about how to care for bras (I'm over 60, I think I already know how). When I pushed them, they said that their product is supposed to last only ONE year. What? I have Natori bras that are 20+ years old and I STILL wear them with NO flaws. Don't bother with Thirdlove.

That being said, the expected lifespan of a bra is anywhere between 6 months to a year with most companies. All bras begin to stretch after 2-3 months and the length of time that they are wearable depends on the following factors: how often the bra is worn, how the bra is washed and stored between wears, and if the fit was correct when purchased. As your order was from 2020, it did exceed the expected lifespan of bras so this is why were not able to offer you a replacement or refund. I had ordered from thirdlove for the first time, recognized an error immediately, followed the procedures stated on their website (must cancel within 50 minutes of ordering, can't have requested express shipping - I reached out to cancel within 3 minutes) but was told the cancellation policy would not be honored because it had already been "invoiced." Please beware these predatory practices.

I like one of their bras. Honestly I'd be perfectly happy purchasing one every six months or so but I get texts/emails with coupon codes and then they refuse to honor them. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare and I walk away feeling frustrated and really angry. Save yourself the frustration!

The two issues I have are:
1.) They have not gotten either of my two orders correct! On my first order, I received a box addressed to me but filled with someone else's order! (Sorry Laura in Washington, DC - I'm sending back your order and hopefully you either get what you ordered or get a refund!)
2.) On my second order, one item was missing and I am unable to return another item that didn't fit (I feel like I'm now stuck with a $79 bra that I can't wear!)
This is absolutely silly. I will not be ordering again - it's too much trouble!
I will say, however, that customer service has been reasonably responsive and very helpful when I do get a response. But these are bra and underwear orders! I shouldn't have to spend this much time sorting things out - especially after having spent so much money. Ugh.
Finally, the quality seems a bit "meh". I haven't washed anything yet so I'm holding my breath that everything makes it through the gentle cycle more than once without damage.

I was told I'd receive a temporary credit until my return was received. I have the feeling if I did not follow up, they would have just kept my money. I contacted them after a month and they "Just put my credit through". I was told "The return was still in transit as they can take from 10 to 20 business days to arrive and a little more to be refunded, however since the return didn't have new updates on the status I have to proceed with the refund". A little more to be refunded - don't buy!

I ordered two bras from ThirdLove, neither of which fit at all. I was initially told I could not return them because I had worn them and don't have the original tags. Absurd - how am I to know the bras are uncomfortable if I haven't worn them?
After complaining publicly about this horrible return policy, I was contacted by ThirdLove's customer service and allowed to return the bras.
The company then refunded my original form of payment without consulting me, which resulted in my $128 being refunded to a card that is closed. That company now says they do not have my money either and ThirdLove refuses to refund me properly.
So they have the merchandise and I don't have my refund, so I essentially donated $128 to this multi million dollar company.
HORRIBLE experience, I will never ever shop there again and I will make sure everyone I know won't either.

I answered all their fit questions accurately. I specifically measured to be sure information was accurate. When I received the "Perfect Fit" bra I ordered it was laughable. The cup was way too small - I had stuff hanging out all over - looked like a roll of biscuits that was stuck in the can! FALSE CLAIMS OF PERFECT FIT! Their website states that you get a full refund within 30 days. I contacted them within 1 day of receiving and did not receive a full refund. Was told shipping is non-refundable. Their website does not state that - FALSE PROMISES!

In my opinion the bras were sized incorrectly. I tried to return the items but the web site showed an error on the returns link. I called the company and they sent a link to return the items. Same problem. I mailed the items back anyway at my expense. The company chided me because I did not have a return authorization number. They sent me a gift card rather than credit my card. I gave the gift card away because ----- well, the bras were possible sized incorrectly. Rude, inept and frustrating.

Answer: They hounded me with marketing until I decided to try. They made impressive claims of comfort and fit. Not true.
Answer: I don't want to say they are a scam, but my gut tells me they do very sketchy things. I'm sure you eventually wind up with the product you purchase, but the quality of that item is questionable.
