I have been a customer of The Popcorn Factory for almost a decade now. They have never failed to deliver what my Grandchildren believe is the best popcorn ever! They've delivered for me all over the U.S. and even Guam, as my son in law is in the Navy. These Popcorn deliveries are a special and cherished link between me and my family. I am so grateful.
I received a popcorn tin as a holiday gift. The popcorn is awful! All but one flavor is tasteless and leaves a bitter aftertaste. I am so disappointed. I have always thought popcorn factory was high quality this was the worst! I'd rather buy bagged popcorn from the store to fill the tin with. Do not waste your money!

I called Customer Service to inquire about a refund and Hazel said NO but we will send you another bucket. Back in November, I ordered a popcorn gift to be delivered in December on or about the 20th. The first orde3r was delivered before Thanksgiving. Called an complained, Was informed another order will be placed for delivery on Dec. 20th at no charge. Well here it is Dec. 13th and the order is 7 days early! How come this is the only company on the interent that can get a delivery to the recipients a week early?

Placed several orders for Christmas and my sister sent a picture to me once it arrived. Embarrassing to say the least. Popcorn was in small flat packages. They were supposed to receive Christmas jelly beans, Chocolate balls and Chocolate covered cherries. All they received was 3 cookies. After being on the phone with customer service, they told me item was discontinued. So I guess if they run out of product and you have an order they just scoop up a few items and send it. I will never waste my $$ again!

There are so many great companies offering gifts that you should go to any of them before even considering ordering from the one. Dreadful experience.
Don't believe the date their website says an item will arrive. Received 1 Easter tin almost a week later than they said and still haven't received the others. They refuse to refund annual membership or cancel and refund missing Easter items.

Wanted same day or next delivery, took my money than gave me 2 week delivery. In less than 2 hours said my order was processed and being shipped, and could not cancel order. What order takes almost 2 weeks on a truck?. Corporate waste at its finest, never again with any of these associates.

I've been trying to find out a date on which the popcorn will be delivered. I've had no such luck. I have placed many, many orders with Popcorn Factory & have experienced discounts not being applied, product arriving with broken lid, & product stolen. Despite those things - two being pretty much out of their control - Popcorn Factory has treated me awesomely. It's like they have that guy who's job is to make you happy. Their tins are cooler too! One hour later called back waited over 35 minutes to finally speak to a representative who said she would cancel my order and I should order what I wanted again. I did exactly that and a week later got notified that my cancelled order was mailed out. I called with no exaggeration at least eight times twice the call went to sales people out of the country no one would do what they promised which was to credit my card for the original order which was never cancelled. The last person I spoke to said it would take ten days I called back 12 days later and was told without a doubt I would get a call back ASAP. Of course that never happened so I notified my bank to put in a dispute. I am a huge online shopper after this experience not sure I want to shop online again. Please be careful when you deal with this company the customer service is the worst. I could go on but I think you got the picture.

I received my 6.5 gallon 4-flavor popcorn tin on 11/30/19. On or about 12/2/19 while eating the popcorn I noticed hair (long strands of brown hair) in the popcorn. Was told I'd receive a replacement within 1 week. Replacement not received. Follow up call and I was told that they needed to investigate first and that I'd get a call in a few days.
