I placed ONE order on 3/19 (Order No. W*******3314). I was charged $24.98 for Fedex shipping which I did not ask for as I did not specify a delivery date and the order should have been shipped ground for no more than $16.99 per your shipping info attached. I spoke to your customer service reps today (which were pleasant and helpful and none of this is their fault) who informed me that my ONE order was divided into two shipments and I was charged a shipping fee for each shipment which is not mentioned on your website. I am not satisifed with my order or service and per your smile gurantee I should have some sort of reasonable remedy to cure my experience with your company. I was looking for at the least you refund me the additonal shipping amount of $8.99 for the separate shipment; that was not offered to me. Instead I was offered a $20.00 gift certificate for a future order. Why would I order with you all again if I'm an unsatisfied customer? Your shipping infomration is fradulent as it does not specify a separate shipping fee for separate deliveries (unless you choose 2 day shipping which I did not) and your smile guarantee is non-existent as if you don't like the product you don't offer the option of a refund you only offer a gift certificate to order more of the unsatifisfactory product. There is no beneift to the customer in purchasing items from you if you're unsatified with your purchase. The only entity that benefits is Popcorn Factory. I am over Events planning for my organization and was hoping to establish an existing relationship with Popcorn Factory for future events. I won't be purchasing anything from you in the future as I really feel like I was duped and basically told "Oh well there's nothing we can do but offer you a gift certificate." That's not good business practices; good customer service and again because you do not notify the buyer of the separate shipping costs in advance of order that is fradulent bait and switch practices. I am an unhappy customer and will let everyone I know of your fradulent business practices that could have easily been remedied by refunding my additional shipping and updating your website to include informaiton regarding charging fees for separate shipping. I have attached a copy of your shipping information, Smile Guarantee and My order receipt for your reference. Again, your customer service reps were very helpful and so my problem is not with them (they were just doing their job) my problem is with The Popcorn Factory.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you unsatisfied with your experience they do not offer a satisfactory remedy to the customer
no choice but to use what I was ordered as they don't offer a refund or exchange
