I PLACED AN ORDER ON DEC 3,2020 AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ENTIRE ORDER. WHEN TRYING TO TRACK MY ORDER THROUGH THE COMPANY, I'M WAS CONNECTED TO SOMEONE WHO WAS TRAINED TO SAY, LIKE A ROBOT: "WE WILL SEND A "FREE GIFT TO YOU AT NO CHARGE" WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER TO BE COMPLETED". IF THE GIFT IS FREE, WHY IS THERE A CHARGE OF $72 ON MY CREDIT CARD! WHO THE HELL EATS $72 WORTH OF POPCORN!? NOW, NOT ONLY DO I STILL NOT HAVE MY COMPLETE ORIGINAL ORDER, BUT NOW I'M FIGHTING A FRAUDULENT CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO STEALS YOUR MONEY.

I placed order early June with an expected delivery date of June 20. When I received confirmation email, delivery changed to Mid July. So on June 9th I canceled order and they said refund would be in 7-14 business days. Never happened! I email second time and was told 3-5 business days. Never happened! I emailed a third time now it is 30 days due to PayPals. So I called customer service and was told now 30-60 days. It is now July 2nd and still NO refund after 4 attempts. Very disappointed.
I ordered over $2,000 worth of holiday baskets. They included four different types of baskets and were going to specific people based on their role in our company. They consistently shipped the lowest priced item to our Board members and the higher priced item that was supposed to go to them to a committee member that was supposed to get the lower priced item. I "chatted" with an individual for nearly 20 minutes to have the person continually reiterate that they couldn't do anything because the items were already shipped. I specified that I wanted them to send the higher priced item to the trustees as was correct in my order AT THEIR COST. She continued to say there was nothing they could do and gave me the number to customer services. SO I called customer service and after being put on a hold for a couple of minutes, the representative told me she was unable to access my account because someone had locked it and she said I would need to call back in a half hour. I proceeded to politely tell her how poor their customer service is and that I would call back. I am not hopeful that this situation will be resolved in my favor. Why would 1-800-Flowers partner with such a business?
I ordered the standard popcorn tin (two of them for separate addresses) for the holidays via Harry and David (Owned by The Popcorn Factory), well in advance, was charged a shipping and handling fee of $37.95! I thought, great that means it will get there when they promised (Before 12/25). DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISED TIMES ON ANY OF THE POPCORN FACTORY FAMILY SITES!
The order was placed 12/11/2020 and it's still in transit with FedEx "Smartpost". It wasn't even to FedEx until Thursday, December 17,2020. It is now 1/22/2021 and the package now says delivery date of 1/27/2021!
I cannot even tell you how disappointing this is. The PopCorn Factory only gave a refund of $12.98. It should have been the entire $37.95 for their incompetence in "shipping".
I placed a Mother's day gift on 4/20 with confirmation that the item would be delivered on or before May 9th. While speaking to my Mother, I find out she has not received her Mother's Day gift. I then reach out to the Popcorn Factory multiple times (May 9th, 10th, 11th), each time told they would send a replacement gift. On May 15th I reach out again, item still has not shipped and now I'm told it won't ship until May 21st! I finally gave up and canceled my order. What a rotten way to treat a customer. What a horrible Mother's Day gift for my Mom.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. Popcorn was totally stale. I spoke to an agent who said my money would be refunded and it was not. Don't buy!
I purchased a "Passport" membership in October of 2020 because I send my grandkids several gifts a year and this was a way to save on shipping costs, which are HORRENDOUS with this company.
In September of 2021, I was offered a chance to renew that membership early for a discounted price and did so, on September 5,2021, and my credit card was charged. The email I later received seemed to indicate the membership would begin on September 5,2021, although I already HAD a membership which did not expire until October. I called the "customer service" department, spoke at length with a "customer service specialist" in the "Loyalty Services Department". She assured me the membership would be a renewal of my original membership and the new one would expire on October 5,2022. When I requested, she sent me an email stating those terms, which I have kept.
Today, I attempted to place an order and was told I did not have a Passport membership. It had expired on October 5,2021. My credit card was charged on September 5,2021 for $21.24, but they have no record of that transaction.
After ATTEMPTING to settle this with the "CHAT" function, I called the telephone number given me in that email, spent 56 minutes speaking with TWO different "associates" and STILL have NO ANSWER.
I ordered 12 tins of popcorn for my nurses as a thank you in caring for Covid patients. My credit card was charged for 12 tins but I only received 6. I called 20 times each night to get the issue resolved. I have been placed on hold each night and then someone hangs up. I have not been able to get the other 6 tins nor a refund. I spent over an hour, speaking to 5 different attendants and got no where. They were all in the Phillipines or somewhere out there. I hate a company that does not give an American phone number for their Customer Service.

THIS IS A COMPANY TO BEWARE OF AND NEVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH. I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON PAINFULLY REMEMBER THIS IS PART OF THE HUGE 1-800 FLOWERS WHICH HAS THE SAME TYPE OF POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE. I ordered a product. They lied about the delivery date. I tried to change to where it would be delivered because it would not arrive on time. They told me they could not. They lied. I called a week later to ask where my product was and they told me 1. It was on backorder... then why could they not change the address and they have not made popcorn in a month? And then 2. After that I was told that an agent cancelled my order because I complained about the delivery. Can you imagine cancelling an order and not notifying the customer. They gave me a "credit" to buy from them again. Really? Forcing me to buy from them again. Why would I buy from a company who treats their customers like crap. DO NOT BUY FROM POPCORN FACTORY. THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS.
Sent a large box of popcorn as a gift to 18 of my customers on Dec. 3rd with promised delivery date of 12/16. A few arrived on time, and a few others arrived at least before Christmas. Several still have not shipped as of 12/30. The gift message on all of the packages was cut short so did not show who the gifts were from. On line tracking is a joke. Try to call customer service which is overseas and as soon as the see that they do not have any available answers disconnect the call(3 times). Tried to send email to get help and consistently get same response with the tracking number for one of the items that was shipped stating that it was delivered. They do not even read the email. The complaint form on their website does not work, the link takes you back to their home page. Make any comments on their social media page and they respond telling you to private message them as they would be happy to assist. Spoiler alert: They do not respond to the private messages. Read their reviews, they are just consistently terrible.
Paid $150 for overnight delivery. Took 7 days.

I ordered 4 of the same "Let it Snow " 2 gallon popcorn tins. All 4 going to different addresses. Supposed to deliver between Dec. 14 - 18th. After placing orders, and then checking order status a few days later, all it says is confirmed for all 4. I have checked every day since still says the same... confirmed... So then, I find out one was delivered on the 10 th and another on 11th ( ok, but I needed to give the one that was delivered a heads up when it was in transit) website does not update order status, called 800 number, clearly a call center in another country; Couldn't offer up any explanation except sorry... Called again this morning, and was able to get actual tracking numbers from this person ( although it took forever all the while the call breaking up intermittently).
I'm with all the other reviewers, never again and I will be sure to let others know! Back to Garrett's for me, popcorn more expensive but by far superior in quality and no issues with tracking orders or speaking with customer service!
I placed an order online with them at 7:40 in the morning Eastern standard time. When I went out to confirm the order after I paid for it somehow they are computer changed my order to something I did not want. I am mediately called them at 7:40 and got a answering machine please call back during business hours. At 7:41 I checked my bank they've already took the money $72 and change. I waited approximately 20 minutes more to 8 am I call back to popcorn factory. Yes customer service rep if they could change the order to the correct item. I was put on hold and was told they could not change my order. So I said to cancel my order and then re-order the right item. The customer service rep canceled my order he said. I then asked for a cancellation confirmation number. His reply he was having an issue with his computer and he would call me back with a confirmation number. I told him when he calls me back and gives me the confirmation number I would place another order for the right item. He never called me back. Couple hours later meaning proximately two hours after I placed the original order I get a email that they shipped it anyway the wrong order that I was told was canceled. I called back again and asked why it was shipped when I was told it was canceled and could I have a return authorization and a shipping label to send it back. This time I was told they do not do that. In other reviews I've read this is common policy with this company. They just want to steal your money they don't care about what they send you or helping you
