I have ordered 4 items from this website. Two of them didn't fit and other one I wanted to exchange. I have sent items back via UPS on 31st of May. It's been over a month and The Outnet claims they didn't receive it. Also told me my exchange is on the way from 12th April (3 weeks), no despatch email, no email with tracking number. After having called and complained multiple times, I have been sent a tracking number which is shows as invalid on UPS website. As there is nothing else I can do about it, I will be raising a claim for fraudulent actions with my bank. AVOID The Outnet
I just love theoutnet i just found it like 6 months ago. I need a new place o do my online shopping and it fit exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for designer clothing at a great price and doesn't look or feel cheap at all check them out!
I paid by cash, returned an item because it was too big, they claim that refund was made on 26.09 and I still havent got my money, asked for swift copy to prove it they cant give it, I called to my bank and they dont see any money.
The OUTNET is a terrible retailer.
My order has not arrived after 6 weeks. Customer service terms state delivery in 4-6 days.
I have emailed customer service 8 times with no reply. I have called customer service 4 times and told they are investigating the matter and will call me back. They have not called back. Twice they have blamed DHL. Each time I called DHL to check and they confirm the order has not been collected and is still with OUTNET. Another explanation: there was a typhoon and finally: DHL blamed again. The OUTNET is not taking any responsibly, has refused to refund me. Has refused to refund me and re issue the item, that is in stock. Has refused to hold a replacement while I await an outcome.
Appalling delivery service. They promised to deliver my order within 3-4 days but they did not even dispatched my order for the last three days. Every time I call they just take notes instead of actually dispatching the order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I experience problems with their delivery service.
I was very hesitant to purchase from the Outnet, based on reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. Prices for leather jackets were very good. I had to return two of them, only because of sizing. They were gorgeous jackets for great prices. Most of all, I was delighted with the Customer Service. They answered immediately, were knowledgable, and courteous. My exchange/return was handled with professionalism and I was kept in the loop via email. I will definitely use them again! I'm sorry for those that had bad experiences.
I'm really in chock. I've been a loyal customer for many many years. In January 2020, I made a big order and I also refunded a lot back to them. The Outnet received all the clothes back - and I was supposed to get a refund to my credit card, of course.
However, I still did not get any refund and they cannot provide me proper proof that they did the refund. It's more than 3,000 euro. A LOT of money.
I really hope they will step up and do the refund, but so far I really doubt.
So I you are planning to buy from them - don't expect to get your refund for clothes that you refund!
Bought a designer shirt for my wife for Christmas. It came with under arm stains and smelled like curry.
The pair of shoes that we purchased were supposed to be made in Italy. Stamp on the bottom said "made in China".
When i called their customer service number to question what happened and how to get a refund, i was told that it was not possible for me to experience a stinky worn shirt and Italian shoes made in China- she hung up on me! I called back and asked for a supervisor. In a righteous French accent i was told to hire a lawyer and call the better business bureau. Stay clear of the "Doubtnet". Major scam selling used items with bogus deigner labels!
Ordered 3 items, quality excellent, happy with delivery. 1 item was incorrect. Speedy pick up for return and money landed back in my account in 1 week. I think the service is excellent, but for 1 incorrect item, which was sorted.
I have had a nasty experience with this company: I returned goods and asked for a refund, they failed to do so and mistakenly resent me the goods. I complained and they only credited my account with them. This is against UK law and, having spoken to other friends, the new modus operandi for this company.
This company is a joke. I bought a dress, and it didn't fit, so I followed the online instructions to get a shipping label to return it. Almost two weeks later, and I'm still getting the runaround. Save your money and your time.
Love this site tho I have never had to return anything (I only order stuff I won't need to return due to reading many reviews of bad experiences) but I have now made 3 orders, all came next day, all amazing prices, latest was a Michael Kors bag at half price! It's very hard to even get a discount on his stuff in the uk. Stuff is all genuine, I'm very picky about ordering designer stuff and if I'm not 100% sure on a website then I will just order it from a reputable store for the full price just to be sure I'm getting the real deal.
The Outnet has a new policy which provides absolutely NO option to receive an order other than an in person signature; not even pick up at the local facility, which is already a ridiculous expectation of customers. This policy is out-of-touch, inconsiderate, and seems to suggest that the [employed female] Outnet leadership believe the rest of us live in a 1950s fantasy of homebound domesticity. It's really kind of offensive; or at least extremely customer-unfriendly.
I saw a couple of dresses that I liked, which were new arrivals to the Outnet. I put the dresses in my wish list. Went back the next day and the prices had increased by AED 5000 ( which is about £1000) and the other dress by AED 3000 ( which is about £600) with no explanation why.
I contacted them and they said the price was correct.
How can this be a discount website when the prices have no reduction and are infact more expensive than the full prices dresses on a net a porter
I purchased three sets of bras and panties. The bras were shipped a week after the purchase but I was notified in the shipping order that the panties were now unavailable. I checked in the web site thinking that I might be able to wear a different size. To my surprise the items that I had ordered and was told were unavailable, are still for sale on the website. I spoke with a representative and hopefully I have cancelled the order, but they were unable to explain why they still show items on their website that they actually don't have for sale. Probably easier to sell the bras when they misrepresent themselves as having the matching set.
I was hesitant to order after reading all the bad reviews, but considering the item that i want is half price with a good value, I pressed the purchase button crossed fingers. I added cost for the express delivery to get it quick and it took them only 2 days for delivery, i checked the item and i was amazed with their packaging and the item is perfect, no defect, no flaws, it is the same as the picture on their site and most importantly, it is authentic! Thanks outnet, you did not disappoint me. :)
Their site is rubbish. It won't load. I contacted them. Oh, clear your cache said some grumpy girl. I cleared and cleared and still the stupid site won't load. They do not deserve you business if they can't load their site! Who does their tech? Somewhere on the moon?
After purchasing two final sale items I returned them to the Outnet as I found the size and fit information to be misleading. This is imperative for online purchases and customers expect this information to be accurate. Customer Service arranged for their size and fit model to re-try on and assess the fit of the tops to ensure there was not an error on their website.
After further review of these pieces, the Outnet determined there was not an error on their site. I was most disappointed to hear of their findings, especially for both of the garments. I could not have been off on both of them. I know what I read and I know how the clothes fit on my body. I am a very frequent online shopper, buying higher end items, both US designers and European.
I will no longer purchase final sale items from the Outnet nor rely on their size and fit information. Customer service attempted to assist, but fell short on what was an easy fix.
Just got off the phone with two awful customer service reps. Unable to help me with a return, did not prompt me regarding a return processing fee that would be deducted from my return. The item did not have any other sizes available to exchange-- if you are able to EXCHANGE it should be for any item, especially if the item you are trying to exchange does not have any sizes available! They have your money and that's all they care about.
I've been a loyal customer for a few years, they just instated this ridiculous policy of a processing fee for returns. I've never had any issues until now. Also, they do not do any price adjustments for items that go on sale even if it is a day or two after you place the order. HOW RIDICULOUS! Dear OUTNET, you've lost me as a customer due to these unfair policies and terrible customer service. Will not be ordering again.
A very long time ago, I shopped on The Outnet and my experience was fine so I didn't think twice about shopping on the site again in early December. I ordered a pair of pants that didn't fit the way I was hoping so I returned them. They received my return Dec. 23rd and still haven't processed it. I have emailed twice and both times received BS responses that really didn't have anything to do with the return not being processed. I'm going to have to dispute this with my CC. I took screen shots of my account on their website that proves they received the item. This is ridiculous. I will never buy from them again and I made sure they know that (not that they care).
Answer: Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
Answer: Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.
Answer: They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.
Answer: NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AND EVEN IF YOU SUCCEED YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND
Answer: I cannot answer for all of their handbags, but the one I ordered was definitely authentic.
Answer: My dress from Tory Burch was not. For sure!
