Horrible customer service. I ordered a romper, nothing of remarkably high value, and they required a signature upon delivery. I was never home when they tried to deliver it and now I have to chase down my package and wait on various customer help lines with the delivery service. Outnet customer service should have taken care of it. It's ridiculous that it's this difficult to get a piece of clothing...
I have been very happy with this service in the past but recently had a very sour experience. I bought a pair of shoes on clearance, which I understood as final sale, but was sure they would fit since they had my size (US women's 9.5). But, when I received the product, the box was clearly labelled as US women's size 9, and of course they do not fit.
Since I had thoroughly checked the size charts and labels The Outnet provided before ordering, which all said this product is size 9.5, I feel like I should be able to return the item since I was misled to believe I was ordering the correct size. But their customer service team has since refused to let me return the shoes. Where is the sense in that?
Normally, I would not complain about getting the wrong size when ordering online, and it's not even about the money since these were on clearance. But it's a matter of principle: they clearly made a mistake and I think they should recognize that by letting me return the item.
Half of my order was missing and customer services refused to engage. Canned, unhelpful responses (when they do respond). Unable to provide tracking details, and do not take complaints seriously. I need to resort to an Amex chargeback to get my money back. I've spent nearly £4000 over the last six months but that means nothing to them. I was a very loyal customer and recommended the OUTNET to all of my friends and family but never again. Very, very disappointing.
I bought two pair of high-end jeans from this site, and they were both great! I bought them with 50% discount, they arrived within a week (I live in Sweden so this was fast) and they fitted me perfectly. LOVE the outnet!
Have ordered a couple of times since my last review and once again fantastic service, so easy to order and return goods all within a couple of days will be ordering again as some fab bargains to be had on the outnet!
Not sure what century these guys came from but requiring signature for delivery is extremely inconvenient for customers. I'm sure it's great for them so tells you where their priority is. You can't even have the package held for pickup - they don't allow it! If you want to reschedule delivery or have it delivered when you know you'll be there, UPS will charge. I will NEVER order from them again. Use reputable retailers like Nordstrom, Nieman and Saks - all great with great service - No More Outnet!
Worst customer service ever. I had an issue with an order and called the customer care center. The customer care line does not answer calls. It simply passes on your number and they never call back. I called back after an 8 hour wait. I was told someone would call me back. When I asked to speak to someone they said they would call me back. I refused to hang up I was put on hold for 40 minutes. They pretended to find a manager but what they really did was put me on speaker phone and laughed. I still have yet to have someone phone me back.
I was a loyal shopper for many years they are a part of Net a Porter it is now horrific and no customer service I would not purchase or risk losing your hard earned money or free time trying to sort after!
I coul not be more satisfied with two designer item I purchased from Outnet.
I will continue shopping from this site.
Reliable, free shipping, beautiful packing, item in perfect condition, and low price.
Thank you.
I made an exchange and had to pay for the duty fees twice thinking that they would be refunded when they received the package. Their policy is to not refund duties collected which I think is fraudulent since theses are collected and submitted to the government. Fees collected for items returned are no longer subjected to customs charges. I will be complaining to authorities
I bought a pair of Jimmy choo shoes from them. I didn't wear it until I was going out one night. I realize I could barely put my foot in the shoe mind you I have three different colors of the same exact shoe from the actual store. Then when I got back, I thought let me put the shoes I bought from outlet next to the one that I bought from the stores the stamping and the stitching was completely off, showing they are selling fake items I sent them several emails, but they denied the whole thing. I am going to contact Jimmy Choo directly and give them the information on this site. Please don't buy from them. Most of their items are fake.
Had a couple of things from them ok but now things come marked. Ordered a clutch bag came all marked sent back straight away. Will now never order from them again. Still charged me the postage! If you order from this site you will just be throwing money out the door
I ordered a dress on the Outnet that I wanted to wear to a wedding. Unfortunately, since the Outnet stopped listing the sizes in cm & inches of the garments recently, I ordered the wrong size. Then, I was told by their bot that they don't do exchanges, so I would have to order the item again. That means, since I am in Canada, that I would have to pay duties twice and would not be reimbursed for the duties on the first purchase! What a ridiculous policy. Not only that, but I tried to call their customer service line in the US which I was charged long distance for, and when I finally got through, the line hung up on me. Will never buy anything there again.
They had an additional 30% discount on selected items, there were two items that clearly were marked with the 30% promotion but somehow it wouldn't apply in the cart when I reached out to the company, they took them off of the selection instead of honoring the 30% discount. I don't shop from them often, I sometimes find them a lot more expensive than the current season selections. See photos, for the clearly marked 30% offer, they took it off after my request.
I ordered a dress
Cancelled order, tried to buy item again(an hour later) was told item was reserved for me, but i had to wait for them to inventory the item, called every day and was told 24 hours more, finally fourth time/day they told me item had sold to another customer, what? Huh? How? Bad confusing customer service.
This is my absolute worst online shopping experience! I had no problem receiving my order, but I need to return the items purchased. This is a "premium" order and a return pickup was scheduled for 4/17/19 and I am still waiting with the merchandise! Each time I call they tell me the driver came and there was no response! They say they called me on my phones, but caller ID tells me another story. In the meantime I have a pricey order that I am paying credit card charges for merchandise sitting in a bag waiting for return! It is a maddening experience and I urge all potential customers to STAY AWAY!
I bought a pair of pants and a dress. The descriptions were not completely accurate, but not bad either. Both fit great so I didn't have to return anything. Shipping was fast and the items were well wrapped. Overall I was very satisfied.
I bought a bag from theoutnet only to have them call me and tell me that, too bad for me, they didn't have the bag. They offered no compensation or apology for their mistake. I shop a lot online and it is rare to encounter customer service that is so difficult. I will not be shopping there in the future. One of the most disturbing things about shopping online is the idea that you don't know if you will get the item.
I ordered a leather jacket online, my credit card was debited the amount (pre-authorization) and a few days later I received an email sorry, that item is out of stock and no longer available. A week and a half later they still hadnt reversed the credit card transaction. Ill never use them again- they sell items not in stock.
Bought many items in the past but have decided to stop as I think they sell inferior goods. They are items made under licence and made ini fervour factories compared to those items bought in stores. I know this because I bought a rag and bone top in major store in London then bought the sane one from this website in the same size and it was enormous and totally I inferior quality. Won't be buying from them again and have spent a fortune on this site in the past.
Answer: Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
Answer: Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.
Answer: They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.
Answer: NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AND EVEN IF YOU SUCCEED YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND
Answer: I cannot answer for all of their handbags, but the one I ordered was definitely authentic.
Answer: My dress from Tory Burch was not. For sure!
