Ordered boyfriend jeans was sent skinny jeans, called customer services, which is in Hong Kong. 20 minutes later still no further forward. Was informed they would be picked up but have to wait in again another day. This can take 48hrs. Then they will despatch correct jeans. Dreadful service will not shop here again. Big carry on when you need to return items, even though it is their mistake
I gave The OutNet one last chance... what a fiasco that proved to be. I ordered a camisole (Pucci, ostensibly) which proved to be such appalling quality (when I finally received it) so it was returned. From the date of arrival back at their warehouse in Italy to just processing the return took two weeks. It then took them another three weeks to refund me (a mere £108.00) an this had to be keyed in manually, after I'd complained four times, and each time being told the refund would be processed that day... What a load of rubbish and what atrocious customer service. I shall NEVER buy from them again. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. They have hammered the final nail into their own coffin.
This is a scam company! I returned an item and received store credits instead of an actual refund to my credit card. Subsequently when I tried to use the credits, I found that I could not use them at all. Called the customer service team at their hotline and this Fjoralba woman hung up on me multiple times! She didn't seem interested in what I had to say about the store credits as well. Received an email from them saying that it was due to a rare technical error and that my credits will be available for use soon. It's been weeks and I still can't use the credits for any items which I've added to my cart. I've spent thousands with the company and this is how they treat their customers. Buy at your own risk.
Since posting my outnet complaint, I was contacted by an outnet rep apologizing & promising the shipping refund in ten days. They were also so happy tohave helped me. They never helped me. It took phone calls, emails and finally jabber to help me
Outnet has no customer credibility with me if this what it takes to resolve such a small issue
Thank you jabber

After reading the reviews over here I was really skeptical but I decided to buy a bag anyway.
So glad I did! Ordered it from Belgium, took the extra fast shipping and it was there two days later.
Great Alexander Wang bag at a goooood price, top quality, just a lil bit crooked because of the box but the bag itself is gorgeous and is already getting its original shape back.
Will keep an eye on their items and definitely buy bags from them again.
After reading numerous negative reviews on this site, I realized once again the legitimacy of old axioms: (1)one cant please everybody and make everybody happy, and (2) the majority is not always right. In my case, the experience was great, fast delivery, fast reimbursement for the returns, great service over the phone. Yes, it did happen to me also -- I paid for the item, and it was not in stock anymore, so I got reimbursed. But, I dont think it worth of creating so much noise if you did not get exactly what you wanted. What an instant gratification mindset?!
Overall, I always have fun shopping on TheOutnet. Thank you, guys.
Horrible customer service, mistakes on top of mistakes. Delivered to a random place without any notification, also sent the wrong item. They are reluctant to help and fix the issue they caused while holding my money. Dodgey as hell... avoid them
I have never encountered a store where they charge you so much to return clothes. They charge you £8 for any return! So no matter what you order, if it doesn't fit or it's not very good, they still charge you. Delivery to the UK is only £5.95, so they're not just covering the delivery charge - they're making money from you just by delivering it to you. I don't mind paying for the delivery charge, but charging more is completely unacceptable and makes shopping online less good than the high street. Go to other online retailers instead - they're much better.
I am very disappointed in the US Outnet.com. I used their European branch for several years in the UK. Customer service from US Outnet however has been extremely shoddy. My main criticism is their non-refundable policy on sale items. Most of their sale items still run into the hundreds (or thousands!) of dollars. How they can expect their customers to spend these amounts on the basis of a thumbnail photograph without the right to return is beyond comprehension. In cases where they do allow customers to return items, they charge high amounts for this privilege... I have now unsubscribed so I am no longer tempted by their "extra 30% off"!
Spare yourself the indifference and choose another high-end online website - there are plenty! They cancel orders for no reason, but don't bother informing you until after 4-5 days. And they cancel orders for items still available on their website! Don't waste your money on incompetent (and rude) service. Go elsewhere.
Do not even try to use their website in peak sale times or clearance! Inventory is not updated in real time so something will say available even when its not. To top it off, staff are not helpful even when they make mistakes. Avoid and shop on sites that know how to monitor their inventory!

I ordered the above order over 2000 pounds in January.
I never received this delivery on time and requested return before I had to travel back to China from UK for work. After rounds of communication they could not recall the order in time resulting in a huge delay in the refund order being issued. Now the return is confirmed and still no one issue me the refund. Nobody seems to be able to resolve the problem and they have no complaint facility over internet. Their customer services don't seem to care.
This company is a scam. Do not order from them. All phone reps hang up on you and are incompetent. It took me an entire month to arrange a return. Matt, Justin and Iverson (phone reps) each hung up on me. The management team is even worse. DJ the "supervisor"and Carlito the "Manager" are just as bad as the telephone reps. They do not understand a thing about customer retention or customer service. Do not be fooled, although the site offers discount. You are required to pay in other ways. What a waste of time and money.
I placed my order on 27 Nov. Until today, the status is still in transit. This is my first time buying from them, and will be my last time. I have never encountered such a bad bad customer service, i wrote them the first email, they ignored me and only answered me on my second email. But the parcel still dont know where. I shopped at shopbop, match fashion. They are the best definitely.
I was afraid to order something from page due to very bad opinion but I'm need to say everything was excellent.
Shipment arrived to me in 2 days, coat is exactly as on the pictures. I highly recommend this page.
During the winter sale, I have ordered to goods. I have recieved the confirmation email and money were blocked on my account. Till today nothing has arrived. After contacting the support, I was told there was a mistake in the system. Just this. Yoox, for example, send to all their clients the discount code for delivery postponed goods. Here, nothing. Not even we are sorry.
The complaint process was handled exceptionally well after an item had been cancelled. Communication, via email, was fast, and the refund to my account was almost immediate. On this occasion, the Outnet were also able to advise me when the item was back in stock, and I was able to receive my item after all - at a discounted price. I am very satisfied with the service. AP.
I have shopped with the outnet for years. Recently, they have changed their website, and it's much worse than it was before. The items don't load, I can't find any of my wish list items, I can no longer look at my previous orders, or check my items bought over the years.
I thought the point of changing a website, was to improve it for your customers. They need to go back to the previous format, it was much better.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a romper, nothing of remarkably high value, and they required a signature upon delivery. I was never home when they tried to deliver it and now I have to chase down my package and wait on various customer help lines with the delivery service. Outnet customer service should have taken care of it. It's ridiculous that it's this difficult to get a piece of clothing...
I have been very happy with this service in the past but recently had a very sour experience. I bought a pair of shoes on clearance, which I understood as final sale, but was sure they would fit since they had my size (US women's 9.5). But, when I received the product, the box was clearly labelled as US women's size 9, and of course they do not fit.
Since I had thoroughly checked the size charts and labels The Outnet provided before ordering, which all said this product is size 9.5, I feel like I should be able to return the item since I was misled to believe I was ordering the correct size. But their customer service team has since refused to let me return the shoes. Where is the sense in that?
Normally, I would not complain about getting the wrong size when ordering online, and it's not even about the money since these were on clearance. But it's a matter of principle: they clearly made a mistake and I think they should recognize that by letting me return the item.
Answer: Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
Answer: Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.
Answer: They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.
Answer: NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AND EVEN IF YOU SUCCEED YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND
Answer: I cannot answer for all of their handbags, but the one I ordered was definitely authentic.
Answer: My dress from Tory Burch was not. For sure!
