Website stated jeans I ordered were mid-rise, when I received them tag stated high-rise and they were def not J Brand Quality Jeans. Ordered a size 10 and received a 12. Phone customer support, Stella and Rudy awful, online chat Francine Excellent. If you need to use customer service online chat is the way to go! Fast shipping. Easy return. Prepaid label in box.
I bought many things from the OUTNET however, I bought a pair of earring and ended up returning them Three weeks ago. I still have not received my refund. I called customer service numerous times everyone tells me how backed up the return department is but confirmed that they received my return. No one keeps in contact with you I have yet to receive my money or hear back from them I had to go through my bank. I returned the item but they still held on to my money ( 222.00) I'm not interested in purchasing from the site again. Customer service is useless!
I still had ordered after seeing more negative reviews than positive, that's me taking a gamble guess I was lucky, I wanted these shoes back in 2018 they were over £1,000 so you could imagine my face when I got these for £500. So happy I waited as I'd check from time to time to see if they were lowered and so happy I found this company although I did question if these were authentic which they are, it seems as it's only international customers having this problem I might be wrong but feel bad for everyone that had a negative experience with this company. Ending this review on a good note will definitely be ordering again, most beautiful shoes I've ever owned :)
I never received my goods and customer service is not responding. I have received an automated email saying that they had to cancel my order (pretty annoyed as this was a Christmas present). And they have refunded the money, but they did not refund the shipping cost even though I never got the item. So in the end I ended up paying around $9 for nothing and customer service is still ignoring me :(
Very fast shipping and gorgeous shoes. I was worried due to the reviews that there would be a problem and that they might be fake, but I'm glad I took the chance. They are authentic. I'll be back for another pair.
Display is utterly dreadful. It is as if they want to put you off buying. Too few options to refine your search. And items are not grouped by colour so you think that you are looking at a jumble sale. Puts me off buying big time.
I ordered a dress from the Outnet as a potential wedding dress in the knowledge that I could cancel, return and get a full refund as per their promise. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund and am unable to purchase an actual wedding dress because of this. The Outnet have been completely unresponsive to my emails. I am absolutely devastated by this experience.
I was very nervous about ordering from The Outnet as there were a lot of bad reviews online but the price was so good that I decided to try my luck. The ordering process was super easy and although I had some trouble trying to source the authorisation code they required for payment, once I got through that, it was smooth sailing. The customer service was fantastic, replying to my emails within a few hours of sending and addressing all of my questions. The expected shipping to Australia was 3-6 business days and today was the 6th business day and my package arrived. It was beautifully wrapped and presented in a box and the quality and fit of the dress was perfect. I could not be happier with my purchase and not recommend The Outnet enough. High quality product, quick delivery and great customer service. I will definitely be buying again - thank you!
I ordered a dress for a holiday party that's out of state. Paid for express shipping so I would get it in time. I get an email days later saying there was a glitch with the website and that they cancelled my order. The dress was still available on the website but they didn't even offer to place another order for me and/or overnight it so I would get it on time. They only offered me free shipping on my next order. Even if I were to reorder the dress I would be paying way more because there's no additional 60% off anymore. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Never shopping here again.

I have placed multiple orders with outnet over many years now. Apart from some items being the wrong size, I have loved everything I have bought and have bagged some great bargains. I continue to buy from them and they are my go-to shopping store. Using DHL can be an issue but that won't stop me buying from outnet. I have recommended this site to many friends and everyone is happy with them.
I have not got my refund for 4 returns starting from September. They keep lying to me. Terrible experience. Please stay away from this company. I am going to open a court case against them. Is you are in same situation please contact me - more people better. I am sure we are many. The sun for my 4 returns is more then thousand pounds!
I really love outnet it is my go to site. I will check outnet first to compare prices and while they are good they must be watched for the lowest prices. I order with little issue, fast shipping and great customer service. Have never been sent items I did not order. Outnet always gets my orders correct so I suggest outnet for couture shopping. I was sent the wrong size bra in a matching lingerie set. Was told they've sold out of my size, they won't hold an alternative size and they expect me to make a separate purchase for the size they do have. I'd class this as second tier theft.
As a regular customer I am disgusted with their change in service levels and customer care, still trying ti return an order from 17/12, has been returned 3 times to me already and they refuse to answer my emails, as for calks, I'm now on my approx. 10th call, been holding for 30 mins so far, last night it was an hour! Company is not legit, don't go near them
I wish there's minus rating. More than 4 customer service agents were consistently lying about the delivery status not only to point out that they were unwilling to help, even though the complication was caused by their error. It is unfortunate because their products are quite good and I've enjoyed shopping with them more than 15years. Shame on you, The Outnet!
Ordered an item, last size available was in my size. Received (late) and it's a size bigger than listed?! Tried messaging them about this, getting nowhere.
I purchased from them a few years ago, and had an awful experience, they obviously haven't improved their customer care. I should have realised, and not ordered from them again!
I ordered Marc Jacobs tote and it came without an authenticity card or the care card. It only had dust bag. I wrote an email regarding my concerns to customer service, asking where is the authenticity card and how do they guarantee an item is authentic other than a 2-sentence statement in FAQ section, and they avoided to answer directly. They said that they ship what designer sends them directly, and that they can assure me that items they sell are authentic. I wrote another email asking them to answer my questions directly. Even at a discount, you simply don't pay such high price for luxury items not to be sure whether they are genuine or not. There are certain standards to be met. I don't think I will ever shop there again or recommend it to friend.

My order came quick enough but I decided to return two items - a full refund on one & change of size for the other. There was no returns label and getting once sent to me was a fiasco (5 calls & many emails but we got there eventually). I returned my items on 18th March and it's still not been processed. I email/call nearly every day and a polite response is received but nothing is ever resolved. I fear my money is lost. I will never purchase from The OUTNET again and urge you to think carefully before buying from this company as the chances of you losing your money too are very high.

Don't believe me, read the Outnets email where they tell u it's a bait and switch below. Incredible right! Answer: Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
Answer: Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.
Answer: They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.
