I am an app developer and what they are offering is a complete fraud. If you think you are going to catch your cheating spouse red-handed think again. Maybe this used to work but today there are very stringent and express safeguards that prevents any app from doing this sort of thing (other than rooting a phone) otherwise there would be fraud and mayhem everywhere. This is true of your phone number, your camera and your location as well - all of them are strictly protected and you need the active permission of the person you are spying on (loud and clear so there is no mistaking) before you can share anything. Even if you managed to get an app on the phone while they weren't looking the apps are required to tell you loud and clear that your phone is sharing information. ALL OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY PAID TROLLS. If you purchase this then I can only hope that you haven't soiled the gene pool with stupid children.

I am really happy for having the one spy. It helps me a lot during my office hours. I always know where my kids are and whom they are talking. The best app for all parents like me.

One Spy has some amazing features however if your tracking the target device via GPS tracker "location" do not trust it
It will show target at random locations for exactly half an hour or 20 minutes when the tracked phone is sitting next to me, or you've been with tracked phone and check locations later it won't show you went to your destination but has you miles in oppisite direction.
Customer support after about a week responded to my email simply stating could be weak signal strength and some other excuses and that accuracy is not 100 %
One of the main reasons I bought this App was because of the GPS feature which gives longitude and latitude and then you can get an adress from those degrees however beware because you do not get accurate information where the target device has been

I was delighted to discover them. I'm currently using MSpy, but I was getting intermittent results and saw that they offered more/better logs.
After paying for a years service, I did the typical install. Sometimes confusing, as the version of Android I have (13) is different than their install illustrations. Okay, I shot from the hip, and it seems I got through it.

As time progressed (just days) I realized I was getting quite different results. Nothing was showing on WhatsApp, and some messages from Telegram were visible. But basically NOTHING else.

I searched and looked high & low. As it turns out, once logged in, one sees nothing but the dashboard and their service. There were no support, service, contact icons, nothing. The only "help" was pawing through a quasi pull-down list of items that took you to some solutions.

As well, most of the ADVERTISED SERVICES were only available to ROOTED phones. (This was not something I recall anywhere in the advertising).

And, it turns out I was DOUBLE BILLED! I paid through PayPal, which was rejected the following day. So, I paid directly, in order to not be cancelled. Three days later, I was billed & processed on the original billing.

So, I had to hunt down their e-mail address and I sent to them a detailed letter. A Bullet-Point letter, outlining (my suggestions) as well as each of my issues with the service I was receiving. To include the fact that they never stated (prior to sale) that I required a ROOTED phone to get the results they offered.

I received a prompt letter back: I was BLOCKED & CANCELLED.
These MFs didn't acknowledge anything, didn't try and help, didn't propose a single solution.
They stated they couldn't do business with me.

We are several days into my refund, $400, and I've yet to see the funds returned.

They may be a great tech service, but they lack principles, integrity AND customer service.

AVOID these people!

They had great functions, but always servers down, bad customer service, they will not solve your problems

I purchased and installed this app on 06/11/20. I was able to successfully use it for less than a week. Then it started going down hill. I contacted customer support and got ahold of a Millow. He worked with me a couple of times trying to fix the problem to where I finally decided that I had enough and it wasn't working out. Then I asked for a refund. After many messages saying that I needed to give him access to the target phone, to let him remotely install it, and he will fix it. Countless times I told him no (it seemed to me that he was trying way too hard for my permission to get into the phone) that I just wanted a refund and be done. Eventually, after I told him I would have to take a different approach at getting my money he agreed to give me a refund and that it would be initiated in 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago! I contacted the chat personnel and I asked them about it and all they could say was it had been initiated. I asked when I could expect it and they closed the chat on me! I paid $95.00 for nothing. All they wanted was money and permission to get into a phone so they could get more information and money. DON'T EVEN WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

This app had many positive reviews on different sites, which is the reason I made a purchase. On the same day of purchase, I wasn't able to install the software on my iPhone, so I contacted support. The support person told me they could not install on iPhone. Per the refund policy, That same day, I requested a refund ("We offer refund within 14 days of buying the service. Refunds are applicable only in case of technical issues related to our Service"). The response: "Install AnyDesk app on your target device and give me id i will do installation on your target device. Come on live chat with me i will help you with this." My response: I was already told by support it would not work on my device. The response: "If you did not understand how to install the app, we are always here to help you with the remote installation of the app." I have now expressed 4 times that the support team said they can't support my device. I have asked for a refund 4 times, and each time that request is ignored. I now see other users are experiencing the same thing. THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THE REFUND POLICY. The support bot will respond, but only to tell you the same thing over, and over. SCAM. FRAUD. DO NOT PURCHASE!
