I love this new culture of transparency at my firm that came along with the installation of theonespy on all of the company-provided smartphones and computers. Now I know exactly what my employees do during work hours.
I used the app and was satisfied, but what I loved most was how great the customer support service is. Customer agents are friendly, well-informed, and thoroughly helpful.
I would recommend Theonespy, It is completely safe to use.
I know the target phone very well because I have an identical phone. I installed the application as per instructions (not my first application). The previous two applications worked well (not TheOneSpy).
I contacted Support more than 35 times. Every time I got the same answer: reboot the target device or reinstall the app! I suggested giving me a 2 day free license to test the application on my phone. The answer was: reboot target device! I have restarted the target device more than 5 times, but the result is the same - the application runs for a few hours and stops again!
The application is fully visible in the phone! Everyone who understands, easily finds the application! Huawei phones always alert when some application consumes a lot of battery, often requires location, etc.
I used the app on Huawei Honor 7 lite (Honor 5c). Follow the installation instructions. But the app has often stopped working. He never worked for 24 hours continuously. The application has stopped working in "accessibility".
For many features the target device must be rooted. But this is not written in "Features"!
Support is quite slow and uninterested in helping. Do not use this application on Huawei phones.
Find a better app.
Milow is the only customer service rep. They'll give you the run around or just ignore your emails. Clearly the good reviews here are fake and written by the crooks themselves or paid for, you won't get your money back and nothing works. DO NOT PURCHASE!
This app could be great but half of the time it is not loading correctly and the customer service is a joke. They tell you every time just wait and it will work for you what is a straight lie. They have severe Network and Data Base problems and the one guy or girl Millow what is the customer service doesn´t give a dime about the customer. It is never their fault and they only copy and paste the same stupid answers. Since now 9 days the app did not work and the customer service is telling it is an update --- DO NOT BUY you will lose your money

It did what it was supposed to for the most part. But it's just not as good as it says. I thought it was giving me everything because it was showing a lot, but when I looked at the phone I saw they where only sending me about 50-60 percent of what was actually there. I saw multiple MULTIPLE searches that I should have seen key logs for but didn't. :( No real point in getting it if it doesn't show you everything its supposed to.

I was hesitant to give it a 5 because 5 mean nothing wrong with it. It's a little difficult to get a hold of costumer service, but once you do, they are a great help. Sometimes software doesn't work, but I would say maybe only 10% of the time. When it works, it is great. Some of the features also don't work all the time. With that said, the price is fair, and although it has its flaws, they are minor and it does so much to please me.
Dear Martin, Thanks for your review, some customers claim for get minimum benifits from our software, because there is much complexation in chinese harware based devices. But you can get maximum output in high brand devices. THANKS.

So I was having some trouble with the app. I emailed them a number of times, but their customer support is pathetic. Eventually, I just quit using. Being a single mom I have to work long hours so, using a monitoring app for my teen is a must. Can't function without it. Very bad app and couldn't work. I suggest you do not purchase this app, This app is fraud and wastage of your money. Be aware of this app.

Today I bought TheOneSpy and I couldn't installed that program. It's not difficult but I'm not good with phones and computers. Milow remotely installed and that time I talked with mrs. David, she explained everything about TheOneSpy and about installation. I'm so happy to use TheOneSpy and meet nice people.
Very poor screenshots never works when it's suppose to. Garbage. Not worth the money. You need to stand by router for it to work.
