I needed a complete monitoring solution for Android phone to monitor my son... I compared about 10 of the top Spy Apps... tried several... some too hard to install... some didn't deliver on features... some didn't have a full feature trial period... TOS had all this, so I tried.

After rooting, the TOS install went smoothly, and some features didn't work right away... emailed CS and they resolved within 24 hrs... everything worked great!

The kids today use SnapChat and InstaGram and others to put messages on pictures and once read, they are gone permanently... a way to cover their tracks... I had yet to see an app that was able to effectively monitor this activity... but LIVE RECORDING can be kicked off every time a certain app is used and I get to see exactly what the user sees, even if it's automatically deleted. This absolutely solved my dilemma! Most apps on the target phone can be programmed to kick off when initiated and record all activity... This works great!

Live streaming works great too, I can see and hear real time thru the front or rear cameras, without the user knowing.

I can also set up a recording "bug" that will record at a certain time for a certain amount of time. Can be audio only, or audio+video. I've used this when internet is spotty, and it sets on the target phone when internet is avail... kicks off even with no internet... and uploads when internet is avail again. Very handy option when internet isn't avail for Live Streaming.

Keylogging works, phone call recording works, the dashboard is well organized and doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to view everything. All the while the app is invisible to the user.

I have obviously informed my son he is being monitored, but they just can't help themselves sometimes and I have caught things I would not have been able to without this app. For that I am grateful.

The few problems I have had are resolved within 24 hrs via email. Sometimes that's an app fix, sometimes educating me the user. Response is always very quick. Price was kinda high, but has since come down and is now on par with other services, and is actually one of the cheaper full function monitor services. This makes it the BEST choice on the market right now!

I decided to try The One Spy and purchased their product, knowing that if it did not fit my application, they had a refund policy.

"If TheOneSpy customer is not fully satisfied due to any other odd reason; a refund of 50% amount will be processed."

Their product did not work. Period. I have emailed to customer service. They have the most deceitful, untruthful customer service I have ever encountered in ANY product I've bought. I have emailed back and forth with them. Only asking for them to uphold their Refund Policy of 50% back (I should get 100% back but I only asked for them to keep their word of 50%).

THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY REFUND. The customer service rep (Millow, Milo, Mew) will not address my concern and only tells me that they are going to troubleshoot my devices for me. I NEVER asked for that! I had no problem using their product, my problem was that the product is insufficient for my needs and I'm not satisfied.

They are a SCAM and they WILL not honor any refund garuntee AFTER you purchase any product. One would think that this bottom-barrel type business dealing would not happen in the modern world. The customer service reps will not email you more than once a day. It is a SCAM. If you are thinking about purchasing from this company, RUN as fast as you can!

Friends, I've been using this app for more than 3 years. Initially it was having issues but was mostly working. As android started improving its OS and the security features, this app became nothing but a headache. Many features wouldn't work, especially on xiaomi devices and because of the inbuilt security application on a xiaomi device, it's all the more difficult to use this app. There are notifications when you try to use the camera or mic. Screenshots and screen recordings never work. Call recordings don't when. VoIP recordings don't work. Customer support is the worst to say the least. They just want to drag the issue, never understand your problem, only want access to your phone through anydesk. They wouldn't even accept taking access through TeamViewer. Ridiculous. I've been requesting, demanding and begging for refund of my money for the last many months but they just say app is updated, it'll work now. But it never works. I've shared pictures and videos of all settings done correctly and how the app isn't functioning in spite of all that. Yet they wouldn't issue a refund. I even explained to them that even after 3-4 years of being their customer they need to understand the situation especially during this corona and process the refund. But they just wouldn't do it. They still insist on dragging the issue. I've reset the activation code as well and the license is idle as it's of no use to me. Still they don't understand.
Dear Karen, if you're listening to this, please process my refund immediately. I've had enough with your support executives millow, mew, etc and more than enough with your app for the last 3 years. If you're not convinced please go the amount of communication I've had with your team through one of my registered mail ids - *******@gmail.com. I've even suggested many improvements to your app over the years. Yet you don't consider to refund my hard earned money. This is so bad.
