I have been using theonespy app for approx 3 months at first all features works just as advertised. But than when I renewed my license the app worked for a day or so than all of a sudden all the video and camera features stopped working. When contacting MILOW with there online support I recieved nothing but lies and avoidance for over a week.
Was told the problem would be fixed in 30 min, to it would be fixed in a day.
5 days went by with nothing other than Milow stringing me along by putting me off day after day.
When asked for a refund for the remaining days of my license and was willing to compromise on the days SOME of the features were working I was avoided even more.
The app says they offer 24hr live support which is a. Lie Milow is the only live agent and the times he is there is intermittent. They will tell you to keep restarting the target device only to string you along with features that are not operating properly. Beware!
Keep your money they do not deliver what they promise. Here is a copy of what transpired in my conversation.
Hi It has been almost 3 months since you put the restrictions on the audio bugging. Can I get an honest answer of when this limitation will be lifted and back to 30 and 45 min?

Why do we have to wait? I dont understand I paid for this. I did not pay for you to tell me when you are done... It is not the responsibility of the customer to pay for your resouces so you can do better. Can I purchase this in addition so it is turned on? I would pay $100USD per month to have it on

Not if I cant reinstall the agent
It does everything is supposed to do. I had to give it only 4 stars for 2 issues. My issue is that it drains the target device battery fast. The other issue is that it's hard to get a hold of live customer support. When I do get a hold of them however, they do address my problems
I purchased a package with the One spy in September 2021 and tried it on an Android phone, but I found most of the features and monitoring tools mentioned on their official website, because of which I bought the program, it does not work as it should. I sent email for my refund but they ask me first for help to solve the problems with apk, i did all their instructions, but The problems of the application were not resolved, and then I asked them for my refund again and they sent an email agreeing that my refund will be paid within 15 days after 5 October, and that date passed but my refund was not made, so I sent an email reminding them that the time for my refund had passed, but every time they replied that the process was under progress and until today my refund has not been paid after two months have passed from the date of that my refund suposed to be paid.

I purchased and installed the app successfully, but it just didn't work even though I had followed all the steps and re-installed it several times. There was no current log at all and the calls log were dated 2018. They offered to guide me through but unfortunately the phone had already been brought out of the country. And when I asked for refund, they are now avoiding my emails.
The customer service is disgraceful! I only get one woman each time and her name is Mew. It says ask any questions we are here to help! There's no numbers you can call and when you try to ask a question she keeps sending the installation. I installed it but I had a question and she said "I need a vacation! So! You have to do this!" I added a photo of our convo.

FAKE! Beware of it. Deliver donkey if you order pizza. I purchased this software but unfortunately, it didn't work on ios 11. At least they should mention which platform of iOS they are supporting. Why they say we support all ios versions?

Buyer Beware - purchased this software. Followed instructions and installed it successfully. It conflicted with computer and would not work. Within two hours I asked for my money back as they say you have to ask for money back within 4 hours and only if system won't work on your computer. Their moron in tech support kept sending and resending instructions for installation even though I told him IT WAS INSTALLED but would not work. Never got my money back. These guys are crooks... be careful. Others have posted similar experiences as well. I should have checked however they mask the bad reviews but such a high rating not letting you see what really goes on here.

Dear, as per your above concerns is refund the money, and reason was is you have not trying to install app on target device after resetting. And according to our resolution we not able to refund you after 90 days. Only refund promise is 14 days. I hope you can understand and trying to oir app. Thanks
I made the payment for 3 month package@ 5000. 00. After the installation and all settings the App not working. I contacted the technical support regarding my issue, the technical team told me sorry your phone won't support this app.My phone is Mi and android version is 10 we are working for this. I raised a request for refund but they told cannot get refund. Before I Install the sales team of onespy assured me my phone Mi will be support this app. But as per the technical team my phone cannot support this app. Then I raised a request for the refund. But I get a message from the senior sales executive it cannot be refundable. This app only work properly in Samsung phones only as per the executive.So my friends before buy this app make sure your phone comparability.

Dear Tina, as per our technology, you should renew your license before suspend, bcz app automatically stopped if your license is inactive and after -5 days app completely remove from device, you have to install again. And other company policy is if some one’s license not worked then we will refund remaining balance.
