DO NOT ORDER anything from this company. We ordered and paid for an outdoor dining table with four chairs. On delivery, only 2 chairs were received. After 2 weeks of hassling back and forth, ATG stores is still not able to resolve this problem and has not sent the missing 2 chairs, nor have they stated they will. I have contacted the manufacturer to see if they can help resolve this. Two weeks without a resolution is poor customer service and is proof that they do not stand behind their guarantee.
I ordered a few kinds of curtains that were better price than on other sites. They came very fast and always in new condition. Very glad I purchased here and I will continue to order anything else I need for the home.
Simple site to use, better product selection then in the store. As an interior designer I am always looking for unique, interesting products online. This Site has saved me a great deal of shopping time. I also like the increase in discounts per level of shopping.
To get a Great response and your situation resolved, LOOSE whatever anger you have toward who ever you're dealing with. The Truth! You will get a lot more satisfaction explaining whatever is wrong with your purchase, When you start off "asking" for their HELP to solve "Your" situation. The Mine is a great place to shop and the person you're talking to is NOT the one that screwed-up your order!
My experience was positive. The FedEx delivery man was in constant communication, it was delivered within the promised window and we checked it on the street for damage without any push back from the driver. It arrived in undamaged condition without any missing parts, it was installed the same day by my contractor. So far it is working well and there appears to be no problems. I have not one thing I could point to that didn't go smoothly
If you need help with hard to find windows--be sure to see Robert. Not only does he take the time to actually Listen to your ideas, but also spends the time necessary to search for and/or design your "wants and needs". For the first time in over a year of shopping, we actually had someone go above and beyond to satisfy our ideas for replacement windows in our home. We had been searching for windows offering an unobstructed view along with obscure ventilation---and boy! Did they deliver!
Found The Mine through Google search while looking for an item that Home Depot, Lowe, Amazon, even eBay didn't have in store or online. All these stores previously stocked the item but now it's unavailable with no availability time given. Amazingly The Mine supposedly has the item and would shipped in 2-6 days. Found that such a coincidence that I decide to check reviews. And not amazingly people complain about not receiving items order after waiting weeks.
I ordered a light for out kitchen that I honestly thought was going to be extremely hard to replace but found one on this site and it came quickly and my husband was able to easily install it himself and it almost matches all the other fixtures in our remodel. It was priced substantially lower than anything else we had found and none of the others were the correct size. It came quickly, well packed and would not hesitate to use the site again.
Ordered a light, price dropped in just over 24 hours by a substantial amount (25%). I would like the price of the product that is advertised before my product is even shipped. Customer service is bad, sorry non-existent. Looked too good to be true. 50% restocking fee, 50%!
I have ordered 6 fans from your store and am extremely pleased with all of them. When I had difficulty picking out a special light fixture, your staff was very helpful-to the point of calling one manufacture to get me a part that I needed. Everyone comments on the lovely fans in my living room, And no one can believe how powerful the small blades on the bedroom fans are. The kitchen fans are white and make a dramatic statement to that room.
This is a company to avoid at all costs. They are liars, plain and simple. I had a table and chairs delivered 08/28, and the table was damaged. It took 7 weeks to get the return authorization for the chairs (which were never opened). During those 7 weeks I was told many things about their efforts to resolve the problem, each of which was then contradicted by the next customer service rep I dealt with. Only when my credit card company got involved and reversed the charge was I given the address to which the chairs could be returned (at my expense). The table is still sitting in my kitchen, and the company tells me they are waiting for a dispute with FedEx to be resolved. But FedEx told me they paid the claim 2 weeks ago (I do not believe the damage was done in transit). I can not get an honest answer from anybody in this company. And the quality of the table was far below what I'd expected from the description and the price.
We are building a home and almost all of my lighting has come from ATG. One fixture was bent when I opened the box and it was immediately replaced. Very easy. Our home is not yet finished and I still have a few light fixtures I need. I will most likely purchase these from ATG as well.
We have used ATG for many home remodel projects in the past and I have never been disappointed. In all of our orders I have only had one item that was damaged. As I stated above, that was very easy to deal with.
Most of the fixtures we have purchased would be considered high end. A few would fall in to an average category. We have always received many compliments on the figures. They are nice quality and easy to install.
I highly recommend ATG for your home needs.
Absolutely nightmarish experience... ZERO attention to request/detail, ZERO assistance from local Lowe's store to facilitate delivery. Absolute disaster from start to finish. Delivery process had to be nursed through on a daily basis by me or my wife in order to avoid order cancellation or return of merchandise by intermediate carriers. Horrible experience... will never do business with Lowe's or affiliates ever again. NO STARS deserved, but had to give something to rate experience.
ATG Stores are horrible. My wife and I ordered two wall lamps - but we cancelled the order the day we made it - yet the lamps still arrived. We tried to return the articles but because they had been placed in a closet by someone gathering our mail - we went past the 30 day limit - and they would not take them back. Now we have 2 brand new lamps we cannot use - and the worse part is - they are not even the lamps we ordered! They sent the wrong color lamps!
I ordered some drawer pulls from them that I need to return. Can't get an return authorization to save my life. The live chat people just drop you. The agents are rude when you call and then blame it on the manufacturer. Guess I am out $140
I have ordered many times from atg with zero problems. When I first started looking at what they had to offer I noticed they are affiliated with Lowes a store we love. Prices are always low and with free shipping I can buy with confidence. Plus if you look around you can sometimes find a coupon to use on your purchase.
We bought a number of lamps and small appliances. ATG worked with us in making sure we understood the return process up front, which was important since we wanted to see options in person before making a final decision. We were able to return items and worked solely with ATG, we didn't have to work through the manufacturer at all. Our returns were credited back to our credit card in a timely fashion, even with the fact that it was the middle of the Christmas shopping season. A great experience, we will definitely be making our next purchases with ATG!
They carry no inventory. I ordered some Down etc. pillows. They charged the credit card upon ordering the pillows. No pillows came and after 10 days of waiting, I contacted an Anthony who said that the pillows will be shipped in the next 2 weeks since the manufacturer was out of stock. I questioned their policy of charging my credit card a month before the shipping ( if they become available) and he said that this is their standard policy. I was never sent an e-mail informing me that order would not be shipped on time. They did refund my credit card and I was able to get the same pillows from Pillows.com even cheaper and they had them in stock.

I order merchandise on a regular basis however I wish they had a designer discount. I work in a high end showroom and have multiple clients at the same time. Trade discounts would be a better way to get more business.
I have been happy with the quality of materials and delivery.
I placed an order, since I noticed that their prices were much less expensive than anywhere else. I was excited also to see that they offered you a coupon code for your second order, to be emailed after your first order was placed. Awesome! It's been about a week since my order was placed, and I still haven't received the code. I tried doing a live chat with their representative and was told the following:

I was also told that Michelle B was, "Sure they will send them but [she] cant say that it will be any time soon."
I haven't even received my order yet and I'm frustrated! I guess their prices are low because they don't offer customer service on a level that is actually functional.
I'll make sure to update this review once I actually receive my order, since I have NO faith now that I'll receive the product I wanted in the condition I deserve.
