I don't understand all these reviews. I had my bathrooms remodeled in 2009 and ordered 2 light fixtures that were gorgeous, high quality, and I got a fantastic price from The Mine. Today, I just received the second part of a patio furniture order. Absolutely fantastic pieces at a fantastic price. I will be ordering again.

I ordered over a 100.00 Queen 2 inch mattress topper which was latex and specialized because I did a lot of research on what I needed for my back. I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive. When it arrived it was a 4 inch topper that was blue and memory foam and twin size. Not what I ordered at all and I looked at my receipt and my original order had been changed from latex to memory foam after google shopping so originally I would not have gotten what I ordered at the time I ordered. Buyer beware! Scam I will never use google shopping again only amazon!

The "supervisor" is arrogant, told me she did what she was supposed to and that I would have to wait an additional 5 days for the refund to appear on my credit card. I am still waiting. Absolutely do not order from this company. There are reliable, honest companies with integrity - The Mine is not one of them. If I could give minus stars, I would.

Found The Mine through Google search while looking for an item that Home Depot, Lowe, Amazon, even eBay didn't have in store or online. All these stores previously stocked the item but now it's unavailable with no availability time given. Amazingly The Mine supposedly has the item and would shipped in 2-6 days. Found that such a coincidence that I decide to check reviews. And not amazingly people complain about not receiving items order after waiting weeks.
I purchased two items online during the labor day sale with a credit card and called in to confirm my orders. I was told i have to pay with a PayPal account instead because they won't accept my credit card. They already Put a hold for the funds on my credit card which was close to 500.00 and said it will be back on the card 3 to 5 days. They told me i have to repay with a paypal account that i dont want to create and it's no guarantee I'll be acknowled the 100.00 off from the one day sale.

I ordered a light for out kitchen that I honestly thought was going to be extremely hard to replace but found one on this site and it came quickly and my husband was able to easily install it himself and it almost matches all the other fixtures in our remodel. It was priced substantially lower than anything else we had found and none of the others were the correct size. It came quickly, well packed and would not hesitate to use the site again.
Tried to use their best price guarantee +10% but was unsuccessful. First of all, I couldn't get a hold of them via phone nor live chat, as they prefer. Was able to email but their reply asked me for info that I already included in the original message. I re-sent the info and in their second reply, they couldn't even get my name correct. Remember this was an email, not a phone call, just scroll down! Anyway, they declined because they claimed they could not find the product #, even though it was right there in the title & description. I suspect it's really because they did not want to match/beat the competitor's price (which was $80 less than theirs, before +10%). I went ahead a bought from the competitor which offered a coupon which almost equaled 10%. I don't mind paying a little more to honest, upfront business than having to jump through hoops for a few dollars. Will not ever consider The Mine the next time I need to purchase these types of items. There are equal/better prices out there without the hassle.
I ordered three things that came in two shipments. The first box was delivered uneventfully. The larger, more expensive purchase was on backorder and had a later delivery date. Delivery date came and went and nothing was delivered. Checked UPS and my apartment number wasn't included on package number two. I am now on attempt three with UPS and one with The Mine trying to get it to my home before it's returned to it's origin. What a colossal waste of my time. I've never used this site and I don't plan to again. I don't even know if what I ordered will work or is of quality. Not feeling super great about my odds. Will it get to me? Dunno. If it doesn't, will I be refunded? Dunno. Will the lamp work by the time it makes it's month long journey to me? Dunno.
Worst Company Ever. I ordered lights for a condominium that I work for. The picture showed a white fixture. There was not mention of it being brown. But they shipped me brown fixtures, and they refuse to take them back. I will never order from this company again. Do they buy their A+ rating? 14 of their 20 reviews are negative!
I ordered a bed for my daughter off this site. Along with the bed, I ordered the SPAR assembly service, costing me an extra two-hundred dollars. When they delivered the bed, or at least soon afterward, two days maximum, is when I expected to have my daughter's bed up and running. Now two weeks have passed and nothing has happened. They keep making empty commitments of when they'll build the bed and pushing it back. Just to note, this is a QUEEN SEZED BED, with a BOOKCASE built into the bed. As you can imagine, these three HUGE BOXES are sitting and blocking my front entryway. Never order from them. People should not be treated like this.

I've tried 2 times to order outdoor lights. The first time I was charged which was fine but then after a month I received a notification email that the item was backordered and they cancelled my order and took another 10 days to get a credit back. Then the last times I reordered as they were "coming in stock" soon and was charged again. 60 days later I'm told that the items were still on backorder for another month and if I cancelled (again already paid), I would not be able to receive a discount. So essentially I'm floating them money for 120+ days? WTH?
Avoid the bait and switch and "expected" in stock dates and go elsewhere.

I ordered 2 toddler beds and 2 mattresses, and received 3 mattresses and 1 bed. Promise after promise and 3 WEEKS later still no bed. I would never order from this company again! I am returning all items today. Customer service is a big ZERO.

They carry no inventory. I ordered some Down etc. pillows. They charged the credit card upon ordering the pillows. No pillows came and after 10 days of waiting, I contacted an Anthony who said that the pillows will be shipped in the next 2 weeks since the manufacturer was out of stock. I questioned their policy of charging my credit card a month before the shipping ( if they become available) and he said that this is their standard policy. I was never sent an e-mail informing me that order would not be shipped on time. They did refund my credit card and I was able to get the same pillows from Pillows.com even cheaper and they had them in stock.

Purchased a yellow bench that assembled easily, however, all the screw holes show, I have been told there are not plugs available to cover the screw holes. I would not purchase this bench again. I hope I can purchase some screw plug covers in the hardware store and match the paint color. I did call customer service and the person was very polite and helpful but could not provide screw plug covers. I should have paid closer attention to my selection before I ordered.

Recently discovered The Mine while shopping for kitchen & bath sinks for a remodel. They have a wide selection from which to choose and the prices were highly competitive with no charge for shipping. Had to return one sink and order another because I'd measured incorrectly. Was able to handle the return process in about 10 min. On Live Chat.
The items I ordered were drop-shipped to me from the manufacturer. I suspect The Mine acts as a middle man and doesn't keep its own inventory, which probably accounts for their low prices. Just don't expect 2-day or overnight shipping. In fact, when I placed my order the system gave a ship date of 2 weeks away; but the items shipped 3 days later by FedEx ground and I received them 2 days after that.
Currently shopping there again for lighting and possibly furniture items.
I was very excited when I ordered my sectional. I should have known the 53% off was too good to be true. Initially they said it would be here April 28. I placed the order on April 4th. I had to end up calling April 29th since no one called me. They got on the phone and said some parts arrived but some were missing. They are looking for the rest and will call me back immediately. My experience was positive. The FedEx delivery man was in constant communication, it was delivered within the promised window and we checked it on the street for damage without any push back from the driver. It arrived in undamaged condition without any missing parts, it was installed the same day by my contractor. So far it is working well and there appears to be no problems. I have not one thing I could point to that didn't go smoothly
My experience with this company goes back to October 1st, 2016. We are currently into mid-February 2017, and I am yet to receive my product. What I did receive, though, was a lot of promises. I ordered a TV stand that was in-stock and promised to be delivered within 10-14 days. When it didn't arrive I called the company and was told that it became out of stock (mind you, throughout this whole issue, not once did the company contact ME, I had to find everything out myself by calling them. Subsequently, I was given a shipment date, which was first beginning of November, then end of November, then mid December, then mid January, then February 6th, and the latest info was February 22nd FOR SURE (when I called on Feb 10th). To make things interesting, they've deleted our emails and my order information, so when I called, no one was even able to identify that I placed an order in the first place. I requested to speak to the director which I was promised would call me "the same day, right back." You can probably guess that no one contacted me. Now to put the cherry on top, I go online to look at my product and there it is... IN STOCK, ready to ship within three days and will be delivered within 10-14 days from shipment. I'm pretty sure that qualifies as consumer fraud. Maybe BBB and FTC will help me. Stay away!
Ordered a mirror that looked nothing like the photo on line. Called customer service, sent e-mails and could not get a return authorization. Finally spoke to someone who said they would send the authorization in 5 business days, nothing. Never shopping here again.
