Obviously product quality is superb because JTstore deliver the product. The packing was very protective according to the item. Delivery time is very accurate. I tell you to use the JTstore if you want to buy a fashion item.

This is a fraud website. I have ordered a product online from their site order no.(#*******) and they have not given any tracking details or anything and contact number on their site is also switch off.

I have ordered for a ups router and there is no delivery of the same. There Is no response on mails or customer care number. Completely fraudulent website and we need to report to get this site down. A complete loss of 2k amount.
Wanted to share my purchasing experience from JT store. JT store which is quite brilliant in his product delivery. I bought an LG 1 TON INVERTER (3 STAR) SPLIT AC...
The AC is nice and working fine after 2 weeks of use.
1. Nicely cools my 12*13 room in 10 minutes on normal cooling. Takes less than 5 minutes to cool using the Himalayan cool feature.
2. Vertical air flow movement of the fin is there. No horizontal movement.
3. Himalayan Cool feature is nice
4. AC self-clean feature is nice to have
5. AC has the 3M filter too with normal filters.
Overall the product is awesome and up to the mark. All thanks to jt store

Do not believe in this site. They are liars and fraud. Those who are rating good, are their own employees. You will loose your money. Never give them your bank details. Never pay by your card. They are cheaters and not into Ecomerce. I have lodged a complaint against them in consumer court. I request all of you to do the same.

When I starting shopping online I had a fear of exchange and return policy of many online sites, but Jtstore is the best online shoping site for purchasing of clothes, beauty care, electronic items etc.
We can easily return and exchange our product on Jtstore. I am saying this because i have experienced it. Once i bought a jeans from jtstore and it was not of my fitting so i called their customer support and the boy responded very politely and the next day the refunded me my money since i requested them to refund it.
