Ordered an iron box (order no. *******) as it was found at around 178 rs. Actual price around 800. Not received after 2 weeks when called the custmer guy says it is not the product i have purchased. Its the deal i have purchased. I asked will any one purchase a deal. THey asked address for delivery and got confirmation mail too, specifying iron box. He is so irresponsible and says to login and purchase on discounted price. Are we fools. And login is not working. NO link for cancellation. They make us all fools.

I've only had to send back a few things over the years, it's been easy and painless, quick response and fast refund. I had one return package 'lost at delivery' experience, but I believe it was the seller not wanting to return my money, and denied receiving the package. JTstore offered to make it right. When I have been asking for my money back regularly by mails and calls, why did you send me a saree which cant even be worn. The quality of saree is so bad and it must be only 50/- worth. I had ordered 16 items from JT store and an amount of Rs. 1628/- has been paid thru online. My order No. 18843467 dated 09.10.2019. Payment method Zaakpay Payment. Now the money is been deducted. They say they would give me two products, I told them I dont want any product of yours and spoke to the customer service team to refund my amount of Rs, 1628/- to my bank account. They said it would take 10 days to refund. I have sent mails many times asking for the refund. They reply saying we are sending your order. I want my money back JT store.

If I dont get my refund back I will be forced to take action against them. This is a gently reminder to refund my money back to me ASAP. They are best in stealing moneys of Innocent people they deduct money in the name of coupon and no one get back to you after payment when you call there customers care they only say wait till you get your coupon. Thieves in business form

"The JTstore is number one online shopping portal in India. Its really trust worthy. Last time, It's about 4 weeks ago, I bought a hoody but when I received and put on it didn't fit well. I always wear xl, but for this time the xl was not fitting me. After that, I replaced with xxl, I sent the return request. After 6 days, they came and checked the product, exchanged the new one with my old one. I thought they might have cheated me, they would never come, but they came. JTstore customer service is really good. It has varieties of products which are generally not available at the local market or shop and it has also cheap price.

We had ordered for 3 watches from JT store on 19th Sep 2019 and have the transaction shown on our card also. We did nt receive the product and calling them they mentioned they have not received the order. The order ID is ******* and we also have a email confirmation from them. After one call, they stopped picking our calls as well.
Nobody responds to the online chat as well. We need to report them to cyber cell and get this site closed so that others are not cheated anymore.
