I purchased a pair of Ugg branded slippers in April 2021, believing they are good quality, comfortable slippers for around the house. But 9 months later the inner sole materials deteriorated and started hurting my feet, its clearly poor materials used, I'm only 55 kgs it's not my body size affecting these I'm fairly slim. When approaching the Iconic they instantly blamed it on "wear and tear" and accused me of not bringing it to the attention any sooner! It only occurred after this time how friggin rude and unprofessional, I have been suffering from Uterine Fibroids for 6 months and unable to function with low iron and massive heavy blood flowing everywhere, do you think they understand? How am I supposed to send emails when I'm in the toilet every day with blood everywhere! Don't you think once I'm healthier I can do that? Common sense prevails.
It's an appalling way to treat your customers and shows you lack the knowledge and ability to handle faulty products. They are clearly just selling what the major retailers refuse to sell, due to quality and materials. I won't be returning.

I'm in NZ and use the. co.nz site. Have loved it until now because it was always fast and efficient. However got called by the courier company today to ask for an extra 30+% of the purchase price to cover customs and Gst before they'd release my parcel and was told this is a new policy of the iconics. Would have understood if this had been flagged when I ordered my items but it wasn't. So beware that the price isn't the 'real' price.
I have been ordering form the iconic for some years now without any issues.
Just recently I ordered 2 tshirts and one fit well for my hubby and mine was short length wise. You could just see it even before fitting but I just fit it once and put it back in the package plastic to return. I did just that and after they received the tshirt they said there were tags missing. I DID NOT REMOVE ANYTHING because I knew immediately that it won't fit. So anyway, they sent it back and then contacted me after they post it to let me know that they have returned it as it doesn't meet their return criteria. I email back to explain. I email the. Back to explain that the tshirt should be in the very same state as it came as I didn't not remove anything and they said ok, I should send it back when it arrives... AGAIN.
Quick and easy :) Very happy! Only thing was the size I ordered (8) was way more like a 14 & cheaply made which was pretty disappointing though I had ordered another few items and LOVED THEM!
Was really happy when I have ordered from the iconic. The clothes are exactly how they are shown on the site. My first order I ordered a size 8, but it turns out that was too big (thought I was bigger than I was); the iconic is kind enough to let you send the clothes back for free and exchange them for a smaller or larger size. Since my first order I have ordered more from them. Really happy with the experience.
Usually postage is quick. Quality can be a little hit and miss depending on the brand.

Can't wait to receive my purchases. And the baby Adidas is so cute and I can't wait to give to my daughter. I ordered a GHD hairbrush and a heat spray. I received my items yesterday afternoon and unfortunately received the hair brush packaging without the hairbrush in it.

I would give the company ICONIC. 0 stars because they won't exchange or give u a refund if u have an issue with the garments. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DISCUSTING SERVICE. They had the ordasity to tell me to donate the garment after I purchased them.
I have only become an online-shopper since Covid- 19 shutdowns. I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received from shopping with The Iconic. The clothing choice is enormous, and the service is excellent. I have now bought many items, especially from the Iconic Outlet online store. Highly recommended.
Ordered my nikes zeros and free delivery express to a pickup point! Recived next day with traking a 4 after pay payment and all is easy and get a code voucher from site and I saved 30 bucks! Loved my real nike shoes but the difference in buying shoes if to good to be true then it usally is, stick to the real shops guys
Placed an order including same day delivery. Order wasn't received. Called the courier two days after not having received the package, was informed they never received the package from The Iconic. I inquired with The Iconic that I haven't received my order and mentioned that I had already spoken with the courier and that they haven't received the package. A few days later I was contacted and told that "your parcel was lost in transit between THE ICONIC Fulfillment Centre and your delivery address." I responded and said that I would still like to receive the order I placed and raised concerns at the poor customer service I'd received. These corners were not acknowledge and were completely dismissed and they didn't even offer to refund the same day delivery I'd originally paid for, even after requesting a refund. Clearly customer service isn't important to them.
Good luck receiving a faulty item and try to return it for refund. They will offer you a store credit of 10% of its value.
Love this site! The shoes especially, since they have such a wide range of brands (e.g. Aldo, SPURR), and the shoes are beautiful. Quick shipping (I live in Australia), and great quality of products.
What a dodgy service from the iconic! I purchased a bunch of Christmas gifts during Black Friday, it spent me half the day because of the busy website. After 5 days I received an email and it said that my parcel is on its way back since their staff put an incorrect address on the shipping items. So I emailed the iconic to follow up and they responded that they had already refund the money to me without any explanation or a solution to this mistake. I replied saying that I want the package back as these were all the children's Christmas gifts however nobody returned my email. After I spent an enormous effort on my email and live chat finally they insisted that I needed to purchase all my products again full price, once I receive a package they might partially refund the discount to me. The worst thing is that they said it could take at least 15 business days to reship the parcel depending on where the parcel is. This wasn't a customers mistake that the parcel went missing. I shouldn't be paying full price for these products again even with the refund.
Our order was submitted weeks ago but the parcel has not been delivered.

Answer: It's a legit company with scam marketing. They suck you in with shipping offers they have no intention of fulfilling
