I have had to launch an investigation with my insurer regarding my order. I was told 2-6 week its now been 11! I asked for a full refund and instead received a reply to say that the shipment hadn't arrived in Australia yet and that they would send me a free gift when it came in... they also couldn't confirm when this would be. NOW THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED! Not only am I out of pocket with no item I am also thinking I am buying a reputable product but in fact they ordered the stuff from gosh knows where... Absolutely dreadful customer service
