Placed an order including same day delivery. Order wasn't received. Called the courier two days after not having received the package, was informed they never received the package from The Iconic. I inquired with The Iconic that I haven't received my order and mentioned that I had already spoken with the courier and that they haven't received the package. A few days later I was contacted and told that "your parcel was lost in transit between THE ICONIC Fulfillment Centre and your delivery address." I responded and said that I would still like to receive the order I placed and raised concerns at the poor customer service I'd received. These corners were not acknowledge and were completely dismissed and they didn't even offer to refund the same day delivery I'd originally paid for, even after requesting a refund. Clearly customer service isn't important to them.
