Honestly, they give you a $750 credit limit but I was hard-pressed to find $100 worth of stuff I liked! I mean do they sell anything anybody in the modern era in the last 50 years would wanna buy? …. Because not very few things on that site are made by a name brand you've ever heard Everything is little chokes and little just trinket garbage you can get it like Walmart or like a craft store or something it's all just garbage like seriously total garbage. The only thing worth a $#*! on their side or the ads that pop up in your way 24 hours a day seven a week. I did find a pair of Hurley brand shorts that I liked. They were $36 but they want me to give them 36$ plus eight dollars to ship, so $44. Lolz I can get 3-5 pairs of those shorts at Bealls outlet down the street from my house for that price! Like are these people joking? Is this a joke? This shouldn't be legal

Bad, it's just bad there is nothing good about it. They don't sell stuff that people actually want, their website feels like I am browsing just a bunch of ads. It's just bad.

Then 13 dollars for shipping anyone who thinks this is normal business no matter if its credit or cash needs to loose all their money because it does not cost 13 dollars for 2 c batteries to be shipped. These people prey on poor people and I dang near fell for it. They offer no modern electronics or anything modern. Their toys look like what I grew up with in the 80s i cold not find 750 dollars worth of merchandise on the site. Why not offer newer merchandise I looked at this site about 6 years ago and it had the same crap then. If you plan to get anywhere with this you need better products because Dollar tree has better merchandise than you have period and you can quote me on that goodwill has better items. N one of this is false

I received an email confirmation of my recent application and acceptance of my Merit Platinum Card brought to you exclusively by Horizon Card Services. The problem is I NEVER APPLIED. I was given a credit line, card number, and member ID. I called Merit and let them I never applied, my credit report is frozen, so how could they issue this card. Charity told me, "Oh, we do not check credit reports". I said, " So, someone can call say they are me and get this card". Crickets. Charity said, she will cancel it.

Horizon took all my information and charge me a dollar and then at the end of the application you told me you did not do business with Texas residents that's wrong

This site is bad. THE PRODUCTS SUCK. That's why I take people social and sign them up and spend their credit on items. I would never use my real credit on this bullShii

It's only a issue if your cheap it's to help build credit n get things you need now other than that I don't understand the complaints about shipping and handling

These people are scammers they take your money they send you fake shipping tracking numbers they tell a whole bunch of lies when all they really do is just scam you out your money you have to be white to receive your items because this black person here ain't never received nothing from them and they take money out my account every month and then say I owe it outstanding balance and I have never received anything from them they are scammers don't f*** with them

It's a great to build your credit score. I don't shop with the card because u still have to pay for the shipping cost with is a lot more than the item but u can rebuild your credit score

They gave me $750 worth of credit.
I buy things and they come quick.
I read all the fine print before jumping in.
I knew what to expect.
It's better than wish because you don't get your items you purchase. The items are cheap quality from wish. I say keep up the good work HORIZON OUTLET.

I've used Horizon on and off for years now. Frankly, they aren't perfect but I've seen far worse.
I love outlets virtual and physical you never know what you might find.
The store offers frequent shipping discounts which is nice as that's all customers are charged down.
I've found signature products as well like American Eagle clothing and Nautica cologne.
The only issue is each delivery usually misses at least one item though they always give credit.
Yeah there is a monthly membership fee around 14.00 but they do start out with a 750.00 credit line. I enjoy their service well enough.

My bank has to cancel my card so I could get a new one because they were continuously taking money for the 2 months from the day I signed up and I never used it at all to buy anything never received any money back or was emailed or called back by anyone my bank is empower they said its a scam site do not make the same mistake if I can help even one person because I barely make it by now and the second moth I went to get my money and literally had nothing in my account empower helping me by giving half of what they took is the only way I survived thar month they took over 600 in 2 months and like I said good luck getting ahold of them to even talk about anything. If anyone can help me in this matter by lawsuit or even my money back I have my statements and my bank as witness please contact me *******@gmail.com. Thank you and for everyone else stay far away I don't want to see anyone else get this much or more stolen because that was all I had and my bank stopped them from getting my other paychecks so I do not want to see anyone miss all their bills because I almost did.

I have enjoyed my experience with Horizon always there always on time and wonderful selection! I hope you try to use them and experience them yourself... some people are just negative. If you have something positive to say just say it!

I contacted this company via email. The merchandise was going back. The conversation escalated, concluding with me telling them I was reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I had a payment due 2 days later. I checked my email the next day AND (get this) THEY HAD CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT! Without me even asking. I think these scammers got scared. DO NOT SEND them a dime.

Was sent a 10.1 inch tablet and a jacket for my 10year old niece. The box the tablet comes in is empty, no tablet, no charger or, paperwork for the tablet. They ask how much does the label say the box weighed that all products are shipped in. 65lbs for a jacket, and a tablet? All they can tell us is they need to investigate. Yeah investigate your employees for theft. The box came taped up with their packing tap that has their company logo on it. Send my tablet or return my money... SCAMMERS!

They actually wanted to have phone sex. I called the police, but since they are india based, American police can't help.

My husband and I each have a card through Horizon. I also thought it was a regular credit card but when I tried to cancel they increased my credit limit and lowered my monthly fee to 14.95. So I decided to shop and try it out. My 1st order I thought came very quickly, it showed up in like 3 days. They do have some name brand stuff. I just placed an order for some American Eagle leggings. We have both had our cards for over a year now and we both each have a credit limit of $3,000. Every 3 months if you call up and ask for a credit limit increase u get one. It has helped our credit score a great deal and I don't do a lot of shoppung on it just a few things every couple of months to show the credit bureau we are using it and making payments. I have never spent over $100 to keep my balance low. We both love this card. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because horizon only reports to equifax, it would be better if they atleast reported to Transunion as well. One of my credit bureas is alot higher then the other because this company brought my score up alot so wish I u reported to more then just the one company.

I ordered my 2 items less than $60 I paid the shipping. I was ok with that. Got my first item. A leather vest with conceal gun holster. I love it. It's for my husband for father's day.
