This companies cust. Ser. Is the worst. First of all they claim to help you with your credit. That is not true. I was in the hospital over a month and sick before that. I sent pymnt in of money order. 2 days after i returned home from the hospital i received a pymnt back through mail. I saw you could now pay online but when i tried i was unable to log on. So i called. I immediately paid 172.00 with no problem. Well tey took the pymnt and told me they are canceling my subscription. The women was so nastey as if i purposly stole from them. Why would i call to pay my entire balance if i was steeling? Hello common sense. But it'fine the products are limited and way over priced. Anyone would have seen i've had a hardship with a disabled vetrain spouce and 3 kids while continuing to work. They gave no leadway or understanding during this pandemic.

Called regarding a double payment and I was transferred to a supervisor who took over 30 minutes to talk I had to hang up because I was working at the time. Today my credit score dropped 70 and found out my account was closed after they took this months payment! I called and was told THEY HAVE A HANG UP POLICY I tried to explain I was on hold for over 30 minutes and I had to hang up due to being at work WELL I WAS TOLD THERE POLICY IS A POLICY IF I WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER I WOULD HAVE TO REPAY THEM!

Ordered this program on 10/05 2020, did not receive the card until Saturday 10/10/2020, and when I tried to cancel and get a refund, they charged me. Paid 29.95 and when I cancelled, received only 17.95. For a service that was not available until I received the card. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

This company charges to buy products which can be purchased, at a lower cost, on wish, without paying a monthly member ship fee. You can get the card online but you have to go through a series of people and sales pitches before canceling. This company with first make it sound as though canceling will result in a bad credit report. BEWARE! This is a commission based company.DO NOT DO IT

I couldn't believe I actually fell for this! #1- the items are way overpriced and very few to choose from! Pay a monthly fee plus a "small" fee. Well let me tell you there is nothing "SMALL" about there fees! A small handbag (very lightweight) a wallet (small) which added IP to approximately $38 well the shipping was $26 and after reviewing the site items are so distasteful, cheap looking and extremely over priced! Right then I chose to CANCEL! THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO HELP YOUR CREDIT! THIS COMPANY WILL SURELY HELP YOU DIG YOURSELF A DEEPER HOLE!

I just don't understand why they even give you a card. You can't even use it for shipping and processing. They let you get all the way to the end of the order before they hit you with that fee. You get all excited about your new order then wham disappointment. This whole Horizon thing sucks!

They don't report to credit unless you send them a copy of your id and social. But didn't need to prove who I was to buy their crummy items, or open the account.
You can choose out of a slim variety but they choose color ect it's like a crappy mystery box when you receive it. They screw up my debit card every month by reversing the monthly fee and I can led the account but they keep hitting my card. Don't ever get this card it's crap.

My husband and I have no problems with the Horizon Outlet so far. My husband got a $500 credit limit plus an $80 voucher to spend in their online store. They gave us the card # over the phone & we started shopping online. We ordered $250 worth of stuff & only had to pay $75 for the shipping on everything. All they charge him is $6.95 a month. And we've received all the items except for 1. They don't have a huge selection of stuff but they do have a lot of really cool shirts, hoodies & coffee mugs.

So, aside from the fact that the financing is a horrible deal - everything on this website looks like anything you can get from a "dollar store". You can't even see what is available on the website until you receive a card and enter your card number. SUPREME HUSTLE! I received $500 worth of credit and I could only find ONE THING worth purchasing - a $14.99 bracelet with SHIPPING of $14.99! WTF? There is no variety of sizes on women's clothing... I laugh as I type this because this is a *******@cking joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD!

I applied and I was trying to order and it wouldn't go through. They took my money again. I talked to Taylor where they said I was being refunded the 29.95. They took out another 24.95 and I can't get that back. I have it in writing that I would be refunded the 29.95 but not my 24.95. Theives Don't fall for this SCAM Im on a fixed income and this is my kids Social security money from their father recently passing. This company doesn't care who they take from. I have to deal with this while im still grieving too.

So I got roped in through some survey site that claims to offer a $1000 gift card to a retail chain store. After filling out all the required information and minutia while selling my soul to some internet demon for absolutely no reason beyond just seeing this damn thing to the end, I find that the $1 that I initially got charged, was to be a monthly charge of $29.95? Is now on my statement for $49.95 AND it's not even an actual Visa Master Card! So... there's that... read the fine print and uncheck all prechecked boxes. People, there are some grimy business practices out here!

The mobile advertisement appearing on my phone and details clearly describe a $500 credit limit. No where in their text did I see anything about an "online store credit only" until AFTER they acquired my account info and charged me the initial $29.

Money has already been credited back to my account. Thank you! My advise is if you have a problem always let them know you are recording conversation and will submit to proper authority and stick to your decision, Don't let them change your mind. Only you know what is right for you.

Been trying to cancel card since my 14 year old grand-daughter applied. I keep getting transferred. Who do I report this to. Now the supervisor keeps trying to convince me to keep it by uping credit limit. I TOLD THEM I was recording conversation and was given another supervisor. Finally after saying no many times they agreed to cancel and said they would refund my money

This is by far the worst online shopping on the entire internet... in four months that I've had the card they have yet to report it to the credit bureau but yeah they take out almost $30 every month out of my checking account then you have to pay for shipping cost because the car does not cover shipping cost what bul$#*! do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost you will regret ever ever having filled out or applied for this stay away from it!
