Called regarding a double payment and I was transferred to a supervisor who took over 30 minutes to talk I had to hang up because I was working at the time. Today my credit score dropped 70 and found out my account was closed after they took this months payment! I called and was told THEY HAVE A HANG UP POLICY I tried to explain I was on hold for over 30 minutes and I had to hang up due to being at work WELL I WAS TOLD THERE POLICY IS A POLICY IF I WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER I WOULD HAVE TO REPAY THEM!
