I sent pymnt in of money order. 2 days after i returned home from the hospital i received a pymnt back through mail. I saw you could now pay online but when i tried i was unable to log on. So i called. I immediately paid 172.00 with no problem. Well tey took the pymnt and told me they are canceling my subscription. The women was so nastey as if i purposly stole from them. Why would i call to pay my entire balance if i was steeling? Hello common sense. But it'fine the products are limited and way over priced. Anyone would have seen i've had a hardship with a disabled vetrain spouce and 3 kids while continuing to work. They gave no leadway or understanding during this pandemic.
