So happy with this tent. It really helped me out on Thanksgiving because it was actually raining outside. But the tent kept us dry, the heater kept us warm, and the lights kept us talking all night for an amazing night with amazing friends.

I ordered a tent 2 months ago. They did not contact me for a month and waited for me to reach out to them. After getting a refund on the order they didn't ship, I tried to order again because they said it was now in stock. That was 32 days ago. I spend the morning trying to reach them and no one responds to their live chat or voice mails. Looks like I'll have to spend time reaching out to my credit card company. There are a lot of vendors like grainger.com, hd-supply, and amazon that sell the same items - use them instead!

Shorty after placing order I realized I provided wrong shipping address. Party and billing address were different locations. Having just had major surgery I realized between inability to carry tent and recuperating at a different address that I had a problem. Called within an hour of placing order, sat on hold for long time, no answer. Left several messages on different voicemail prompts. Tried "chat", sent several emails. No response. I fee like this company is not operating in good faith. I am contesting charge with credit card company.
For six months of have tried calling their number and have always been told to leave a message and a representative would get to me. Still waiting. Emailed them at least 5 times and have never received a response back. I do not believe The Gazebo Store is still in business. I would not recommend them based off of their Customer Service.

The online chat just puts you in a queue and no one ever responds. I paid for a top of the line tent, received a much lower grade one. They will not respond to any form of communication. The website says award winning customer service, but there is no way to contact anyone. I filed a claim with the credit card, low and behold they did respond to that, just with lies that they tried to contact me. Phone records show that is a lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS, seriously, seriously awful.
I give them 3 stars because the tent is great and exactly what I needed, but contacting them after the fact to get replacement parts is next to impossible and very time consuming. I hold on the phone and get pushed to voicemail, I've emailed every email they have with no responses. So time consuming! I love the product, but there is no service for their customers after the sale is through. After spending over $1,300 on a 16' x 26' canopy, I expected better service. Wished I had read the reviews prior to purchasing.
I purchased 2 party tents that are 10 x 10. What I received was nothing like the pictures on the site. Complete garbage! The customer service is non existing and they do not do returns. A complete waste of $250.00 on garbage that a dollar store wouldn't sell! Stay away from these crooks!
I recently ordered a product from the gazebostore.com. Then followed up with prompt emails and tried calling several times to cancel the order. Once I finally was able to speak with someone they refuse to credit the shipping. Any respectable company should except responsible for very poor customer service. I would never use them again and will follow up with the BBB on this matter
I am thorougly upset wtih this company. We ordered a tent which is meant to be placed outside of a school so the children can remain outdoors as much as possible in rainy weather. We ordered it and after more then a week, all of a sudden we get a credit back and a cancellation of the order. We have since written, phoned numerous times and noone has bothered to get back to us. Really disappointed - rated #1 in customer service, I'm not sure how possible.
I ordered my tent for a birthday celebration and Georgia/Florida gameday. Needless to say, the very first day we put the tent up, it poured, and the canopy leaked from nearly every seam. We had to purchase visqueen to put over it to keep us dry. We also had problems with an entire side of the frame as 3 of the spring-loaded buttons were all jammed up inside the frame. We did manage to get 2 of the buttons fixed but ended up rigging the corner one with a screwdriver to keep in in place. I attempted contacting the company via email, and I have yet to hear back from them regarding their shoddy product. I guess, since they received my $$, that's all that matters. I'm thoroughly disgusted and would NOT recommend this product or company to anyone!
Do not buy it from the gazebo store you will regret it! They only answer the phone while they are in the process of selling you the tent. Once the sale is made they will not answer the phone. If something happens to the tent. You have to use somebody else's phone in order to speak to them. They will tell you that they will take care of it. They won't of course. They will never answer a call from that number ever again. Their warrantee is not worth the paper it's written on! They will not honor it! They will lie to you and I think they find pleasure in lying to people. The Internet is the only place these people can operate. Do not buy from the gazebo store! Be a better friend to yourself and buy from somebody else. Do not buy from the gazebo store!

I got the tent ripped in the seams and also like knife cuts, so much money for a piece of crap. Since Beginning of June I am trying to get in touch with them with NO luck.

Horrible product, zero customer service, stay far away from this company. Put up 10' by 30' tent for my daughters engagement party Saturday morning and it collapsed 1 hour later. Very slight breeze that was hardly noticeable. Try to call and email company, biggest joke ever. You have been warned. Don't waste your money.
We recently got our gazebo store tent. After setting it up we found it to be a joke... the rent is so cheaply made. All Velcro strips had thread hanging out and holes through tent material. This junk tent material is like Saran wrap... poles are also very weak... we tried contacting to send back and only through email you can do this,, with no response. We spent over $300... horrible place, never a call back to help and never answer email... we can't afford to give these people out hard earned money... Go somewhere else...
My son convinced me to buy this easy pop-up tent so that I could spend more time outdoor as I am very sensitive to the sun. I was really happy I listened to him. He bought one himself for his kids and was really happy and thought it would be a good idea that I get one as well. Im in that tent daily! Its very cozy, comfortable and I can invite my friends over and play bridge while enjoying summer. I have never been so happy with an online purchased product before. The best part is when summer ends it will be really easy to put it away in the garage until next year.
After receiving out tent for a trade show, we contacted the Gazebo Store immediately. The tent did not last one day - velcro separated, seams torn open and the frame would not stay connected at the roof points. To say this was a disaster was an understatement. We had recommended them to the vendor across the aisle from us - only to see the same results. Be careful in trying to contact them for lifetime guarantee refund... nobody is home - nobody answers. Nobody cares
I spent 6 thousand dollars and I waited delivery for 10 days (They promises 2-4 business) When finally I made a call. They said about my tent was out of stock and did not try to solve the problem. They never called me.
Practical, convenient, fast shipping, fast installation, awesome Customer service! The agent I spoke to was super helpful and really knew his stuff! I'm glad to see that their are still great online businesses out there ready to provide flawless service! We got the product even faster then we expected and we are truly satisfied. I really think that everyone that has a backyard should consider this it's really handy and for the price it's totally Worth it.
Answer: Have emailed and called multiple times to see what is going on at this point I will order from somewhere else the customer service is disgraceful
