So happy with this tent. It really helped me out on Thanksgiving because it was actually raining outside. For six months of have tried calling their number and have always been told to leave a message and a representative would get to me. Still waiting. Emailed them at least 5 times and have never received a response back. I do not believe The Gazebo Store is still in business. I would not recommend them based off of their Customer Service.
I have tried to contact your office 4 times. I left messages each time and never recieved RETURN call! the computer is not my way of ordering items. I have questions about this product but was not able to ask a person. I need this tent before Thanksgiving that is why I am using the online service. If not delivered before Nov 27th then I do not want this tent. Thank You. You need more telephone order help!!!
I got no return call or email after several tries with phone calls and messages to customer services. Order just arrive almost a month of order.
Great service. I asked for expedited shipping and they delivered in two days. It is a beautiful tent that's extremely strong and durable. Would buy again
I write this understanding that Covid has created much difficulty for companies needing to supply and ship within the US. I also write having read their web pages on both shipping and the Covid situation. It still stands that I purchased a tent, the money was taken (for expedited shipping, as well), no confirmation or shipping has been indicated within the very specific timeline they give, and there is *nobody* on the ends of their live chat, phones, or email contacts.
They indicate they truly, really will ship a tent within a day of purchase. It says they may not get back to a customer quickly because they are working during Covid. But this late in the game, with ample time for vaccinations and adjusting to the new norm, the website should reflect reality and if they aren't responding to customers, they shouldn't be taking orders. Now I need to go through the process of finding out how to cancel when their website cancellation doesn't seem to work, and I need to find a replacement less than 2 weeks prior to my event.
Not working with them in the future. There is no way this kind of situation rates a high BBB score.

Call the company you want to order from first - don't use these folks if you don't get a verbal or written response.

I recently ordered a product from the gazebostore.com. Then followed up with prompt emails and tried calling several times to cancel the order. Once I finally was able to speak with someone they refuse to credit the shipping. Any respectable company should except responsible for very poor customer service. I would never use them again and will follow up with the BBB on this matter
Seriously... best tent for the money. dont waste your time with other vendors, a lot of them resell TheGazeboStore's tents
We have been trying to order this product for over 2 weeks - have left numerous messages at sales, returns, every option your message says to click with no return call. Finally went to internet to see if you had live support where I was able to get answers needed prior to ordering. Good thing we preserved or you would have lost out on a sale. I understand busy but clearly this is a customer service or should I say lack thereof! Perhaps I should apply to make return calls to potential customers so return calls could be made within 24 hours or less - again it has been over 2 weeks and not even a peep from your company....
Great product descriptions. Nice photos. Website easy to navigate and information is easy to find. I paid for expedited shipping, and the 8x8 pop-up tent and weights arrived on time and in excellent condition. Loved the fact that the entire tent comes with its own zipper storage case. Great quality. Easy to put together. Much sturdier than I expected. Will most definitely order from your company again in the future!
Tried calling your customer service line to ask a couple of questions and kept getting hung up on after holding for 5 plus minutes. Tried 4 times.
It didn't give me a date when it would arrive. I need this by May 31 please for my daughters graduation party.

Great customer service. I ordered a tent. They shipped it out and I changed my mind on the color. They just sent me the other color as well, and sent me a return label for the first one. The tent is sturdy and beautiful!!! Love it
Pleasure doing business with gazebo store. Everything always comes so quickly, and they saved my rental business a couple of times with the commercial tents they offer. I looked at many other places, they are the only ones who offer quality tents and low prices, and I get to keep them for super long thanks to the warranty that comes with each tent.

Horrible product, zero customer service, stay far away from this company. Put up 10' by 30' tent for my daughters engagement party Saturday morning and it collapsed 1 hour later. Very slight breeze that was hardly noticeable. Try to call and email company, biggest joke ever. You have been warned. Don't waste your money.
I give them 3 stars because the tent is great and exactly what I needed, but contacting them after the fact to get replacement parts is next to impossible and very time consuming. I hold on the phone and get pushed to voicemail, I've emailed every email they have with no responses. So time consuming! I love the product, but there is no service for their customers after the sale is through. After spending over $1,300 on a 16' x 26' canopy, I expected better service. Wished I had read the reviews prior to purchasing.
So fast the shipping. I wasn't expecting it to deliver the next day! Tent is great and has been holding up through some tough weather so far. Very happy with this purchase.
