REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PEOPLE. They just don't respond to anything, Life warranty that is B. S.

I got the tent ripped in the seams and also like knife cuts, so much money for a piece of crap. Since Beginning of June I am trying to get in touch with them with NO luck.

This company does not respond to anything. I called over 5 times, left messages, sent emails to every email address they have, nothing. The online chat just puts you in a queue and no one ever responds. I paid for a top of the line tent, received a much lower grade one. They will not respond to any form of communication. The website says award winning customer service, but there is no way to contact anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS, seriously, seriously awful.
