Chrome

Do not order from this company. Order a cologne that i've being using for years. (Chrome) and just got robbed. It looks the same but no fragrance at all, smells like rubbing alcohol. I bought on line b4 from other places and never had any issues. I will spend the extra 40 bucks and going back to the mall... NJ store *******960 stay away from this place... Frank

Useless

Absolutely useless service. Ordered item, never received. Waited hours on end to speak to someone on their customer helpline but NEVER even managed to speak to anyone once, just kept on hold.
Still not resolved! Dont know what else I can do?
Dont trust these cowboys!

I received only 1 item instead of 2 purchased. CS requested me to fill the insurance claim for USPS, but since I sent them the form and pictures, I have never received either any response or refund for the item missed and its shipping cost from them. Moreover, they blocked my account instead!
I guess they might got the insurance from USPS/make fraudulent operations with insurance claims of its customers.

Ordered a product and was never delivered. They claimed DPD delivered it and were happy with what DPD was saying. I requested after several calls to speak to a manager and one of the call girls came back to me claiming she is the manager. Blatantly lying and been unprofessional on the phone.The fragrance Shop is only there to take your money and don't care after your card has been debited. Stay well away!

I got the fragrance "Christian Dior". It was Not manufacture-sealed and even did Not smell like Christian Dior.
Perfume they sent to me was fake.

I requested a refund. I will consider to send it on expertise for the fraud.

Very bad service

Very awful service with very bad sales team. They dont care your time always got late and when you will call them so will reply you with rude way. I ordered few perfumes they took my money very quick but take more than 15 days to deliver my order. Please try to avoid this service otherwise get ready to pissed our self off. They are the most unethical company i ever deal with

Really bad service. I purchased some aftershave which was then delivered damaged. After several phones calls and escalations, I was advised I can either go an return into store or for a replacement return to a Londis store. Not happy at the inconvenience it was causing myself with me being a carer to a disabled child. Sill haven't received pre paid postage to sent it back in. Worse service ever. They don't have a clue on wat they are doing.

To be avoided at all costs! My card was charged over 100 euro, but I never received the goods. They even claimed that it was sent to me with a carirer called DPD.
For a whole week, I tried to get in touch with a Customer Service rep over the phone. I spent at least 15-20 minutes every time, being put on hold each and every time, eventually giving up because I was never able to speak to someone. Being from outside the UK, this was considered international calling.
Also, I clicked on the DPD link to see what was going on with my order, and after it claimed that I started an address inquiry and the package couldn't be delivered, now it says that there is NO current information about it!
I sent numerous emails to customer service for the past month. They responded twice, 3 weeks ago and never returned with a final answer or a refund.

I ordered WHITE Diamond, Liz over a wek ago. Order arrived in a short period in brown box with layers of protection, however; when I open and tried it on, it did not smell like the real thing. I went and sprayed the real thing on my arm and sure enough, it was different and the smell was hardly noticed. You could still smell mines after 30 mintues but Frangrance shop White diamond could not be detected after the first 15 minutes. Its a Fake but right now I am not going to worry about it. It's a lesson learned and will not be ordering again. Debra W. 12-11-16.

They are shipping wrong products and refusing the pay postage label for returns. Communication is really bad. One representative is emailing this and another something else, no signatures, so I don't know whom I emailing. They don't answer the phone.
Still haven't been able to return the stuff and get my money back.
And they are still advertising the products on their website, even they don't have it.

I ordered and paid for perfume and postage,. I was tracking it online and it said delivered and signed for by household. I know I did not sign for it, so I went to the front door and there was the perfume lying in the porch way.
The delivery box was open the perfume box was crushed but the perfume was intact albeit the top of the bottle was dislodged. I complained and they apologised offering a refund or a replacement. I said I will have the replacement bottle as it was a birthday present and I could not offer the crushed box as a present.
I also complained about the courier lying and said I signed for it, they said they will investigate.
That same day they said they were still investigating with HERMES but will not now be offering a refund or replacement.
Dishonourable company PLEASE AVOID!

I ordered two bottles because it was an excellent price, but as soon as I looked at the contents it was a light purple hue -- NOT the vibrant blue of Lacoste Essential Sport. I decided to try it just the same, and can DEFINITELY say that the fragrance is NOT the same product available in stores. It smells similar, but scent disappears immediately -- no staying power like my department store purchases. I would be very careful with this site.

I ordered a certain perfume from Fragrance Shop. They sent the wrong one and said theyd post out a return slip. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for this I enquired as to where this slip was. They then told me that they dont send them to international buyers and that I would have to pay for shipping and tracking and it would be refunded when they received the perfume and receipt. They also said that they would send the correct perfume if they have it in stock. I told them I couldnt afford over $50 to post overseas so they then sent me NSW address. I asked if now they had given me an Australian address could they send a reply paid slip. Still they said no. I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them so I wasnt going to pay for the return. I have really wasted my money.

These BASTARDS. I bought Lacoste Pour Femme from FragranceShop after finding they were *slightly* cheaper than other retailers.

HUGE mistake. I used the perfume once when I received the product (two months ago), and it seemed fine. If the fragrance was slightly off, I didn't notice it. Flash forward to today; the perfume is TOTALLY changed and obviously fake.

Consumers should report this to the FBI so they can investigate them for counterfeit goods. Seriously. These a-holes are scammers.

I had placed an international order of perfume to be shipped to India... The parcel which they claimed to have sent me through USPS shipping never reached. USPS site showed tracing only in US and nothing after that... When I disputed of not receiving my package even after two months they never bothered about it and they stole my money... Please think 1000 times before you place order here and if you care for your hard earned money... They will suck your money...

Fake perfume

Ordered 2 bottles of Fendi (discontinued in UK) spent £86. Arrived promptly, but knew as soon as I saw the packaging it was fake. The scent was vaguely floral rather than the punchy orangey/cloves/patchouli I was expecting. Contacted the company by email, all very lovely issued a returns number etc, but Post Office don't carry perfume, and FedEx charge as much as it cost! Grrrrrrrr! Furious. So frustrated! Feel very duped.

Fraud

Ordered a 3 oz bottle of Sisley #2 in April 2014--received it and put it away to use when I finished my current bottle. Opened it yesterday and it was NOT 3 0z, but only half as much 1.6 oz. The box was the same size--that's why I had no suspicion. But the bottle is smaller under a lid that is the same size. Total fraud and they say they can't do a thing since it has been so long, though I have the online invoice and the item. FRAUD. Stay away from these thieves.

Absolutely useless

Ordered some perfume in store on the 11/12/15. Because the store had run out of what I wanted the very helpful shop assistant ordered it for me on line. The order was supposed to be delivered before the 16th, nothing. Having spent the best part of 3 hours trying to get through to customer service I travelled 30 miles to the store and tried to get it sorted. Long story short, having spoken to several different staff, finally managing to get through to customer services and being assured my deliver would be here before Christmas -it isn't. The staff have taken 3 different phone numbers and 2 email addresses but haven't even had the decency to call back. Only given this lot 1 star so I could write a review. The stores seem fine but don't bother with the on line and forget the customer service they just don't seem to cars.
