The First Group

Hassan and George are very responsive to all my questions. The Business bay hotel looks great, I hope that we get a room with a great view of Dubai.

I went to one of these sales presentation things after being approached by someone from The First Group at Dubai airport a few months ago, he promised a free tour of Dubai, lunch and there was even talk of an Emirates Airways Gold card. The tour was to building sites only, lunch was a coffee and the gold card never happened. The presentation went on and on for hours despite me telling them numerous times that I was not interested, to wrap it up they asked if I could provide them with a good review, I refused but was told I wouldn't have to write it, they would do that and post it in my name.

Now I have a lot of time on my hands due to the lockdown, I decided to have a bit of a look around various review websites to see what was on line about them, I found their rating is a lot higher than what they have earned and that they have a long history of writing their own fake 5-star reviews on this and other review websites. They actually have 2 of their own fake review websites. If you google Dubai Property Reviews and Dubai Investment Reviews they will be easy to find and they are blatantly fake. So, they are lying and cheating their potential clients before they are even clients. This would be a clear indicator of what will happen if you invest with them.

Great team, threat hospitals except when we wanted to extend our stay! The 25% discount proved to be a challenge.

I chose Wyndham Dubai Marina as my first choice but the site keeps excluding this from my list of selected hotels. It only showed my 2-4th choices.

Room for more improvement. It's quite understandable sales agent need to make sales but don't be aggressive about it.

Impressive at pick up to the venue,it was so cordial and I liked the treatment.

I was highly impressed with initial speech and the way we were sent for the hotel tour. The moment we reached we sat there for an hour without anyone welcoming us. On asking the reception they said someone would be with us soon and asked us to wait again. I compromised my plan of going to the waterpark to visit the hotel and see the presentation as you stated. We wasted 1.5hrs travelling to the hotel, waiting in the lobby, then waiting for the taxi without seeing the hotel as the staff said they are 'too busy to help us'. By the time we got back to Atlantis it was 3pm and the park closed at 630pm. We weren't able to do anything in the park as well since the time was wasted by the poor service provided by aria and their team.

Before leaving a guy came and told us about the package without the hotel tour and wanted us to buy it which was so unprofessional.

Highly disappointed with the overall scenario. I want compensation for messing up with my trip to Atlantis and spoiling our mood by mistreating us.

Good package deals, friendly staff sales person (Lara Saleh) and easy to book with multiple options and choices.

We liked CIEL HOTEL project very much. We hope project will be successful. Mr Farhan is very cooperative and good natured person and all staff members also.
