Hotel is very clean staff very friendly change towels every day clean room every day
Varied breakfast with lots of choices Zakaria and chef made specially for me paratha

Specail thanks to Mr Mostafa for help all the time.
Was not the first time in Dubai, but it was really diffrent
I loved the hotel service and activity.

Not used package due to miscommunication
I had not checked the mail properly so couldn't use the package. Also my 3 kids passport got expired so renew took time

The whole experience is interesting and intriguing. However the need to purchase a package immediately felt forced.

Not happy about what was going on because l was told by your customer service staff that someone will call me and up till now nothing happened.

Lady meet as in Mall and send us to hear about promotion, next day a limosine pick us, all was perfect, than thay (Mr.Riad Nouh) give us presentation about buy/rent a apartment,...and I was 90% interested, but BUT he push it so hard to do it at moment (give deposite for contract).
When I said that I will thinkk about it for day/two, as usually in Europe,...thay give us regular taxi to go back (no more limo 😁), and promise to send contract just that I can chack...
Still, after 26 hours no contract on mail or whats app (he promise to do it)!
So, I think it is not profesional, as I have expiriance in Dubai.
