Fashion Pass feels like a scam. They hit me with hidden fees and charged an "extended rental fee" before my month was even up, just because I swapped a few items instead of the full order. They automatically purchased the items without clear warning. They're often out of sizes and have limited options compared to other services. Super disappointing and I won't be using them again.

They are very u clear about how you get charged for items. They charged me almost $700 because I didn't check a "transfer" button on their website. You get 2 orders a month but what they tell you is you can't keep both of them. It is very deceptive. Then if you return it they charge you FORTY dollars per order fee. Even the though I told them I didn't even want the items and it was an accident they didn't care. The clothes are low quality anyway just go to Nordstrom rack.

I bought an ASTR dress from Fashion Pass and it failed to show up even though my account was still charged. I have not been issued a refund.

If I could give a zero I would. Clothes take forever to be delivered. I cancelled my membership three months ago and they are still charging me despite countless of emails. Total scam! Avoid them at all costs. They are following the steps of companies like fabletics and will eventually be sued for their faulty and fraudulent practices.

I am so so happy with Fashion Pass! They have such a great variety of options for all occasions - but I am especially loving all of the cute weekend outfits that I'm so excited to pick out every week after a year spent in loungewear! I love having the option to branch out and try new trendier styles that I wouldn't normally spend money on because I wouldn't wear it more than a few times, but this definitely gives you the freedom to try new things and send it back the same day if it doesn't work out! Shipping is extremely fast (to SoCal where I am) and I usually have my new outfit the day after I pick my items. Has also helped tame my shopping addiction LOL. *******x worth it!

FashionPass offers a large selection of the trendiest clothes typically seen on Revolve, for a price that doesn't hurt as much as actually buying from Revolve lol. I also feel since styles change so quickly that many of my old clothes are sitting in my closet unworn.

You can keep the items as long as you want, or return them all right away and get a new shipment an unlimited amount of times each month! The shipping is fast, and they make it so easy to return! I wish I had tried FashionPass sooner as I now feel like I'm finally in love with my clothes again :) It's a fun little luxury/something to look forward to and so worth it.

To be clear I signed up first for their trendsetter plan which is I believe three items and two accessory's I will I did the thing to add on to more pieces of clothes for like $24 well I never received my first package I only received the two add-ons the following month they charge me for $109 for the trendsetter plan which I was supposed to credit for those clothes that I never received which I haven't been I decided to upgrade want to leave so I can least get one piece of clothing that I wanted because I've paid so much into this company already I figured maybe just get one thing because I've already spent so much well know this lady Lola tells me that I need to send back the clothes that I don't have to get a refund so I guess I'm gonna have to get a lawyer and deal with it that way

Investing in FashionPass has been one of the best decisions I have made. They have a wide variety of clothing options for all ages, sizes and occasions. Their website makes the selection process a breeze and their customer service team is always readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. The thought of renting clothes was not appealing to me at first, but after receiving multiple clothing items they are always in the most pristine condition. If you are not already a member I suggest signing up now!

FashionPass is everything I hoped it would be, and more. The value is unbeatable, as well as the customer service. I love that I can basically have a whole new wardrobe every weekend! They're always adding new styles of high quality, trendy designers and have plenty in stock. I recommend FashionPass to all of my friends!

FashionPass is as amazing as you think it might be. I have been renting for 2 months now and I'm absolutely hooked. The clothes are kept current, on trend, and of amazing quality.

My favorite thing about FashionPass thus far has been its incredible customer service. I had a few instances where shipping/delivery were an issue on my apartments behalf and the customer service representative was MORE than patient, empathetic, and helpful. The fantastic experience I had with the customer service will likely keep me a FashionPass fan for life.

FashionPass was truly the best thing to happen to me in 2019. At first I was skeptical about the concept and how things would fit/the condition the clothes would be when they actually came but I still to this day have not been disappointed. I am able to constantly wear new things on my days off work as well as things I would have previously loved but wouldn't spend the money on for a "one time wear". The price is super affordable and with the $2 credit i get for each review and picture posted I don't even notice the monthly withdraw!
