I would NEVER order with them again! Their ad kept following me on all social media platforms till i caved in and got a bunch of clothes. BIG MISTAKE. The quality of products is just OKAY and the size is off. The shipping takes forever even if you pay for priority shipping. I ordered priority and got the items in two sets. The whole order reached after a month! And their return polocy is horrible! Apart from a small return window, they ask you to send pictures of each item purchased with reasons for return. There is no return label and you have to pay for shipping to China. Their customer service is only via email and they take more than a day to respond. Still haven't got the return money so might come back and update. No point in wasting your money and time with them. There are a lot of better options.

Return policy is not accommodating at all. Got dresses that don't fit very well and the options explicitly given to me were: an 80% refund but as store credit, or to donate the clothes I bought. As a customer, you want to be able to get your money's worth, which I did not at all. I am very unsatisfied and will not shop here again.

Worst Company EVER

This company has screwed over me and so many of my influencer friends do not order from here. Melissa is so unprofessional they will message you for a collaboration, send you a link of last seasons clothes you can only pick from because everything's on sale and they're trying to get rid of it, not pay you and then not hold up their end of the collaboration! Trash company

Highway robbery

I bought a dress for $36 and when I needed to return it because it did not fit properly, they told me that I would only be receiving $11 back since the label for return would be $25. Will never purchase from here again. Very disappointed.

Horrible return process

Poor quality, itchy fabric and terrible return process. Have to reach out via email to return, then open a support case. I have sent 6 messages in the support case requesting a return and have been ghosted. Oh and apparently you pay for your return shipping. I'm still waiting for official return label/ process despite many reach outs

This company does great marketing. Their great photography & stylish clothes are all over social media. I fell into the trap. Clothes are not even fit to wear. So cheap, terrible fit, they won't accept returns, they are rude in email. China company. Like a Temu, do NOT waste your money.

Sustainable Fashion

I was impressed with my first order from Commense. I ordered four dresses and 1 pant. All but one dress were well made perfect fits. The dress that didn't fit was well made, just not for my form. Upon my request for return/refund I was presented with two environmentally friendly options, a feature of their sustainable fashion policy. I was quite impressed by this policy that I will be sure to continue shopping here for the foreseeable future.

I ordered a dress a month before a baby shower and it arrived the month after without a pull for the zipper. So not only could I not wear it to the shower but I can't wear it at all! Commense thought a store credit would be a good solution. Why would I buy anything again?

They don't accept return

Be aware that these are Shopify store by Chinese sellers. If you don't fit in their cloths, they don't accept return. Their reason is " Intimate items". I order a swimming suit and a bodysuit. There is nothing wrong with the clothes, they just don't look good on me. They run small. They set their return to be 14 days and they take 3 days to get back with you whether or not those items can be returned.
I always shop with my Amex because I can dispute this transaction and I have proof of their online store not warning buyers about non-returnable items.

Amazing customer service!

This has been my first time purchasing clothes from Commense and it has been wonderful, even though some pieces didn't worked out for me. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. While sorting our a return request, they really take their environmental goals seriously and always find solutions to decrease their carbon footprint. I really loved that about them. Please keep supporting companies like this!

Great quality and quick shipping

I was so impressed with the quality of these dresses. I was getting instagram ads from this site and wasn't sure if I should trust it but I found some reviews on Reddit and thought I'd risk it. I'm so glad I did! These dresses are a lot better quality than Shein and although they're a bit too small for me customer service has been really helpful. I highly recommend this site if you're looking for well made and affordable dresses.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The clothes are decent, I didn't see a huge quality issue (for the price I wasn't expecting high quality) as some have mentioned. But it took about 5 weeks to receive the clothes and when I needed to return 3 items (out of 9) because they didn't fit, they have this crazy back and forth emailing required which needs photos and detailed explanations about why you need to return them. THEN they decide if you can. If it fits the criteria of an allowed return they negotiate that you keep the clothes and take the amount of the clothes in store credit, or keep the clothes and half of the money back. I bought one skirt in two sizes as I read it ran small and neither skirts fit, so WHY would I want to keep them? The whole back and forth has currently taken over a week and 5 emails, and I still don't know the outcome. And I've read they make you get a $30 return label for the clothes, so essentially you end up paying for shipping both ways.
WTH?
Don't they care about return business? Until this nonsense I likely would have ordered for my daughter again (the bulk of the order) as she is an easier fit and her quality standards are lower. But needless to say that's not happening after this.
Do not buy from them unless you are fine with a 5 week delivery time and basically a store credit if the items don't fit.

Recently ordered from here. Paid for express shipping (4-7 business days) I went to track my package and for 4 days it only says a shipping label was created. I reached out to commence and they sent me a link saying they shipped it, but it showed the same thing, FedEx awaiting package. I reached out to FedEx to confirm. Really frustrated about this. The clothes looked very cute and I don't want to have to cancel my order, but I need them before a big move hence the fast shipping that I paid for. Worried this site is a scam.

Recently bought multiple items from Commense clothes, they were made with cheap material and all are in wrong size. Seems they don't have a clue of western sizing although they try to sell in the US. Tried to return, but there is no phone number to call. The email is the only option for service which is responding very slowly and the service was cold - they refused to refund but to offer partial store credit. There is no response at all if you don't want the store credit. What a terrible place to shop. All time and money were wasted. Don't shop there!
