Buyer beware. My rating is solely on their shady return process. There is no clear return policy on the website so I followed the paper instructions that came inside my package: emailed order #, photos (weird) and reason for return which became a lengthy negotiation. First they offered half store credit to keep the clothes due to sustainability reasons which I declined. Then they offered 100% credit while slipping in "can you provide your measurements?" UM. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Eight emails later, I decided to return my entire order due to the service provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs to New York on top of having it deducted from your order total which is outrageous! In total I paid $21 in shipping fees for a $95 order. As for the quality—clearly fast fashion; on par with ZARA

The clothes quality is good. I ordered one shirt and two pants. I have to return one pant because its design is too loose for me. The customer service is fast and convenient.

Clothes fit perfectly and are good quality clothes. They aren't see-through. Good customer service.

Return policy is not accommodating at all. Got dresses that don't fit very well and the options explicitly given to me were: an 80% refund but as store credit, or to donate the clothes I bought. As a customer, you want to be able to get your money's worth, which I did not at all. I am very unsatisfied and will not shop here again.

I was impressed with my first order from Commense. I ordered four dresses and 1 pant. All but one dress were well made perfect fits. The dress that didn't fit was well made, just not for my form. Upon my request for return/refund I was presented with two environmentally friendly options, a feature of their sustainable fashion policy. I was quite impressed by this policy that I will be sure to continue shopping here for the foreseeable future.

Sizing could be a bit vague at times, but the quality of their clothing is great for this price point. Customer support is also very helpful and responsive.

I was so impressed with the quality of these dresses. I was getting instagram ads from this site and wasn't sure if I should trust it but I found some reviews on Reddit and thought I'd risk it. I'm so glad I did! These dresses are a lot better quality than Shein and although they're a bit too small for me customer service has been really helpful. I highly recommend this site if you're looking for well made and affordable dresses.

So excited I found this store! I saw them on an Instagram ad, and I don't usually trust those stores as they are too good to be true, but I read some reviews, gave it a shot, and Commense is a legit store. The clothes were cute and quality matched the pictures. Shipping was a little slow which is to be expected. Customer service was responsive about my returns.

I really liked their clothes they are super cute. I however needed to return a few items that didn't fit, and I got a super fast response offering options for returns.

This company has screwed over me and so many of my influencer friends do not order from here. Melissa is so unprofessional they will message you for a collaboration, send you a link of last seasons clothes you can only pick from because everything's on sale and they're trying to get rid of it, not pay you and then not hold up their end of the collaboration! Trash company

I am very pleased with my order. The customer service is great too. I had to return something that wasn't my size and they were quick and really great about it.

This has been my first time purchasing clothes from Commense and it has been wonderful, even though some pieces didn't worked out for me. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. While sorting our a return request, they really take their environmental goals seriously and always find solutions to decrease their carbon footprint. I really loved that about them. Please keep supporting companies like this!

The quality was much better than I anticipated. I only had issues with the sizing. Now that i figured out the accurate sizes, i'll shop more.

Unfortunately the sizing is off on majority of my order but the customer service was fast and the clothes are actually really good quality.
Will order in the future.
