Commence is a complete scam. My order never arrived and I contacted their customer service for a refund to which they told me they can't offer a refund because they believe my order is sitting at my post office (I connected with my post office and they do not have my order). We have reported them as being fraudulent. 0/10 do not recommend. They also steal photos of products from other online retailers and claim as their own. Don't waste your time or money on them.

Communication?

I'm trying to get someone to respond to me regarding WHO delivered my package last week, that I never received, although it shows delivered on the email I received. If I had a tracking number I might be able to check with USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS to find where it was delivered to? I'm not sure this package actually exists as I am unable to get anyone from the company to respond!

Item never delivered!

I will stay away from this online store. I have made an order 11/19/2024, expected delivery 14 days. 12/8/24 I sent a message/email where is my order, Susan/Customer Rep responded she's following up. 12/11/2024 I asked again, still following up. 12/13/2024 I asked for a refund, was told she can't do it until 12/26/2024. 12/26/24 I asked again for a refund, and her response another shipment was sent and she cannot give a refund! What kind of business keeps refusing customer's request for refund when the item hasn't been delivered on time, more than a month waiting, no guarantee the reshipment will be delivered! Never again with Commense, worst customer service! BEWARE!

Unacceptable return policy. The item I ordered was too big to use and this company refused to give me a full refund. I paid a total of $ 42.00 and they only gave me a refund if $ 17.00. I posted this as a review on their website and they did not post my review. I noticed all of the reviews on there are positive happy customer reviews. I would not purchase from this merchant as they are not up front regarding their return policy on their website. Good luck! I added a picture of the return process notice that came in the package. This still does not give accurate information about their return policy.

Very bad quality. Their pictures look very different from reality. It was so embarrassing for me to wear this in public. I posted review on the commense website and it disappeared right away. They only gave me store credit, no refund.
My first picture is a screenshot from the website, the next two are the actual product. Very disappointed

The quality of clothing was not as described, the sizing was off, communication was a huge fail! Took days to get anywhere through email back and forth. The return process was HORRIBLE... sHorts and work out clothes where sent back and they did not REFUND me for them, they said they were (swimsuits?) clearly NOT swim suit photos attached below, the whole process from beginning of my order July 13th till now we are August 11th, for complete order and refund status still NOT complete...

I have used this company once before. It seemed ok. They avoid returns and provide credits back so you can shop again. I had an old credit and thought I would use it. I had 2 separate orders so I could use my credit. I contacted them immediately, and tried to cancel one of the orders. I was told I couldn't and to not to accept it and return. One order came with 7 days, the next order took over 15 days. Doesn't make sense, but it did.
Unfortunately, I had return the items as the sizes were way off. You have 7 days to retun the order. By the time they even replied, it was 7 days. The entire process was a nightmare. You would a receive a response from different people and each saying something different. Also, the return fee is $20. Which is extremely high. As of today, 7/30/24, this has been going on since June 14. I still do not have my refund. I have contacted my credit card too

I ordered a dress a month before a baby shower and it arrived the month after without a pull for the zipper. So not only could I not wear it to the shower but I can't wear it at all! Commense thought a store credit would be a good solution. Why would I buy anything again?

The sizing is off and some items are poorly made. Return is not free and impossible. I've been emailing them for over a week now to approve my return but I've been ignored. Sadly will be disputing the charge and blacklisting Commense. I don't recommend the site.

I ordered a few items from Commense, but the quality of the items were so bad. Fabric felt super thin and flimsy. One of the buttons fell off the skirt while I was trying it on. When I requested a return and emailed customer service, their responses were extremely slow and had to reach out to them multiple times to get a return shipping label. The quality looks so high on social media, but when I got my package and found out it was fast fashion, I was so disappointed and returned all of my items I purchased. I would rather invest in higher quality pieces that will last me a long time. I will never purchase from them again! So disappointing.

Awful customer service, poor return policy

I ordered a dress from Commense that ended up not fitting right and it was totally transparent which wasn't shown in the photo. It also took nearly a month for the order to ship. The customer service agent argued that the transparent material wasn't a quality issue and therefore the return would be at my expense for shipping. I settled for store credit despite not liking a majority of their products hoping I could find accessories I liked. All to find out the store credit doesn't cover shipping (even on orders over $50 that are supposed to be free shipping). I feel like a really got scammed here and won't shop here again.

I was so glad to order my dream dress for my sisters wedding but I'll probably never get it since they of course took my money but never sent the tracking number with shipping Infos via an email. I contacted them nicely via email AND insta and still never for a reply.
Very disappointed

Ok I get it, it's all based in China, but still, I got sucked in. It's been 10 days and still my order has not been shipped or even processed. Customer service is non-existent. I'm sure I lost my $. When it seems to good to be true, it is. I should've known better.

First of all the bag it came in smelled of rotten fish oil. The quality is also the cheapest thing i've ever seen. Shein has better quality clothes.

Do not waste your time or money buying clothing from this company. It is poorly made and cheap, the materials are nothing like what it shows in the online pictures, and it takes forever to get the items. They refund process to even a bigger joke, they will offer you 75%. If you keep the item they will offer you 50%. If you keep the item, point is that they don't want the garbage back. Once again, save your money, ladies do not buy from them.

Clothes took almost two months to arrive. In fairness, they do LOOK like the ones I saw online, but the fabric feels cheap and synthetic, and sizing is off. Not worth the trouble or even the relatively limited expense. Would not recommend.

Every bad review is the same experience I have had. The clothing reeks of chemicals, they are complete jerks when you email them- they are fake cheerful while telling you to basically eff off and there are no returns, ever. Further, I think multiple "retailers" are linked to the same company because it's the same email formatting and tone. I feel like this is China's middle finger to the US. They should be banned. Stay away.

Worst company ever - terrible quality, tried to return stuff and had to go through a 12 step process and many emails to even get it approved. I paid for the shipping back and still not a dollar received for my return and it's 6 weeks later.

Do not buy from here EVER.

The clothes are decent, I didn't see a huge quality issue (for the price I wasn't expecting high quality) as some have mentioned. But it took about 5 weeks to receive the clothes and when I needed to return 3 items (out of 9) because they didn't fit, they have this crazy back and forth emailing required which needs photos and detailed explanations about why you need to return them. THEN they decide if you can. If it fits the criteria of an allowed return they negotiate that you keep the clothes and take the amount of the clothes in store credit, or keep the clothes and half of the money back. I bought one skirt in two sizes as I read it ran small and neither skirts fit, so WHY would I want to keep them? The whole back and forth has currently taken over a week and 5 emails, and I still don't know the outcome. And I've read they make you get a $30 return label for the clothes, so essentially you end up paying for shipping both ways.
WTH?
Don't they care about return business? Until this nonsense I likely would have ordered for my daughter again (the bulk of the order) as she is an easier fit and her quality standards are lower. But needless to say that's not happening after this.
Do not buy from them unless you are fine with a 5 week delivery time and basically a store credit if the items don't fit.
