Never a hitch...

Amazing company! Most of the family lives in rural areas where florists don't exist anymore so have tried all the other online sites to no avail. This site, however, consistently comes thru with amazing flowers... fresh and beautiful! Thank you for coming to my rescue!

Screwed by Company

Stay away from this company! Tried to order flowers, got through all screens and then a screen popped up stating, Trouble with submission. Screen froze and would not let me back on. I checked my email and did not get a confirmation. I then ordered from 1800Flowers, everything went well and received a confirmation that it worked. Lo and behold, they delivered the flowers and charged me. I contacted them and they would not refund me, wanted me to send them a screen shot of the submission that I got 3 days earlier that I closed. Why would I keep it open for 3 days on the screen. Customer service would rather have bad press and lose me as customer, among others, over $75. Ridiculous. Steer clear. 1800Flowers will have my business from now on.

Not Happy

This was the first time that i have used The Bouqs company. The web site look very nice, free delivery and promises of and email from the farmer/grower of when you flower shipped. I ordered flower for Valentines day and a promise of delivery date of Feb 12th. Normally i stay away from getting flowers delivered as sometime its a rip off for this time of year, but it was recommended by a co worker. The bottom line is flowers never arrived and got a feeble excuse that Mr Obama was in LA and this what delayed the shipment. No phone call or emails until i started asking questions. Very disappointing and will never use them again. There full of hot air and no flowers. What a great gift for my wife who i was going to surprise at work.not even worth! Star,

I recently ordered a bouquet from The Bouqs Company for a friend's birthday. The website was easy to navigate, with a beautiful selection of arrangements. I chose a vibrant mix of roses and lilies. The flowers were delivered on time and in perfect condition. My friend was thrilled and mentioned multiple times how fresh and lovely the flowers were. A great service for brightening someone's day!

BE VERY CAREFUL! DO NOT RECOMMEND - I used a Groupon to order (from theBouq.com) some flowers for my boss who had lost her father. It was a one time order to try it out. I had used 800Flowers and other in the past. A few months later I see two ongoing charges from the company for about $40 each. When I contacted the company they indicated this was a subscription. I had not signed up for a subscription it was a one time order. (Not even sure who subscribes for monthly flower delivery.) The rep indicated she could not refund the fees and they were valid charges. I still have no idea how my account became a subscription account and she could not explain it or rectify it. Buyer Beware! I'm out $80 and no recourse.
