BE VERY CAREFUL! DO NOT RECOMMEND - I used a Groupon to order (from theBouq.com) some flowers for my boss who had lost her father. It was a one time order to try it out. I had used 800Flowers and other in the past. A few months later I see two ongoing charges from the company for about $40 each. When I contacted the company they indicated this was a subscription. I had not signed up for a subscription it was a one time order. (Not even sure who subscribes for monthly flower delivery.) The rep indicated she could not refund the fees and they were valid charges. I still have no idea how my account became a subscription account and she could not explain it or rectify it. Buyer Beware! I'm out $80 and no recourse.
