I ordered books from 4 different companies on the same day, a Monday evening. You guys blew them out of the water on shipping as I had the book by the end of the week with no issues. You will def be my go to in the future.

I had a couple of college textbooks I didn't need anymore and Textbook Rush offered the most money for the books. It was super easy to do and my return was processed quickly, within about 3 days and I got the money straight into my Paypal account. I would definitely recommend it.

Get a fair quote and mailing out my books was very easy. I mailed the books out with FedEx using a prepaid label that I printed out at home. I would definitely use this service again.

I figured the entire process would take weeks, but I was wrong. It was just days. It took longer for the Postal Service to deliver my check than it did for shipping to check-cutting time! I will definitely use this service again.

This is the worst company to sell books, not only cheap and they don't even know what is business, in every order, they tend to steal and not pay for books that are fine, I just talked with someone named Peter Pan he was rude and when I told I want my book back because is fine and you are not paying for it he says that I even have to pay 3.99$ shipping when the media mail for that book is cheaper than that, I insisted that i want them to send me the book without charging me no still any answer! Rude bad robbery

The site seems to be good but it's been almost 2 weeks and they haven't even shipped the book yet. I reached out to customer care and they said it's being fetched from warehouse. 2+ weeks that's terrible

Does not live up to its name. False advertising. Still don't have the items I need for my class starting Monday. Says it may not be here for another week or more.

The frequently asked questions addresses "liquid damaged books; books with damaged bindings (e.g., pages loose, missing, or falling out); defective books; and books with torn/taped covers, or study guides/workbooks with any highlighting/writing" but they do not take any books with highlighting. The specifically say the wording is obstructed but obstructed means blocked. You can still read highlighted text and underlined text. Other vendors do so do not waste your time with Textbook Rush. They would not return my book until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Poor customer service.
