Is it common to send in books and this company say they are damaged or counterfeit?
I sent a book i rented back and textbookrush is telling me they never got it. They are now threatening to send my charge to collections. Advice?
Wanted to purchase some books, but when I checked reviews found lots of negatives aginst textbookrush and now I am torn apart not sure if I should go ahead or not. Are thes books marked on and what is the return policy?
