I have sold to TextbookRush three different times already and never had any issues. Easy transactions and quick payments. I will continue to sell my books to them.

I ordered a book and paid extra to get it in time, but it never did. I ended up buying a book, something I was avoiding to do. I sent an email, got not response. They have no phone number, no one to contact. I would absolutely not recommend!

It's been well over 10 days, it's been over 3 weeks since I ordered one book I was charged twice for and still no book. I've emailed the company multiple times now. Not helpful what so ever. They blamed it on being shipped from a sister location and said I wasn't charged twice and that's that but my bank account shows 2 charges.

Do not use this company they are crooks. I rented a used text book in Jan 2016 and returned it in May 2016 in a timely matter. The book did get wet so I knew that I would be charged the list prices times 125% minus my rental fee and I was fine with that. Currently the list price is 74.90. Per my math 74.90 times 125% is 93.63 MINUS 39.72 RENTAL LEAVES 53.91. So my balance due was 53.91 which I was fine with instead they charged 139.93 from my card, I am currently due 85.02 in a refund and had to file a complaint on the BBB to attempt to get it back. The are thieves that don't even follow their own contract rules. STAY AWAY. I am an adult student with seven children all previous or current college student so I have rented numerous bills online over the past 10 years, this is the worse online book rental I have ever dealt with

12 days later, we don't know where the book is tracking isn't updated and don't understand why it's taking so long to ship a book out. I ordered another book from a different company. It was sent out the same day and received within three days.

Ship on Friday - Paid on Tuesday! Appreciate the fact they offer free FedEx, their check in / review times are second to none! If I had to find a critique it would be that PayPal is the only electronic way to get paid.

I recently ordered a hard to find book from TextbookRush and was thrilled with the product I received. It was in excellent shape even though it was used and very affordable! Highly recommend their business!

This was my first time selling textbooks here. The site seemed to crash several times and pages had to be be continually re-loaded. Also, several books entered came back with a "not a valid ISBN" when the number was clearly entered from the book, so that was a bit odd. Eventually I was able to complete several buybacks and the transaction was quickly checked in and paid. Overall, happy with the experience despite the technical issues.

It was my first time to search, find, and purchase my textbooks for college using this site. I liked the convenience and ability to get credit on old books I had. I'm using them again for this semester. You won't be disappointed.

This is the best book buyback company I have dealt with. And I've dealt with six of them. They pay the quickest, reasonable in accepting books in Good or better condition and pay good prices. The only demerit would be it it a bit slow to process books you are selling via their website. I wish they had a dedicated app to make that process quicker.
