If you know your ISDN, then the process of valuing your books is easy! I valued my books, packed them up, dropped them off at UPS. A few days later, TextBookRush confirmed receipt and than a day or two later, they confirmed the payment to me. Easy Peasy! I'd use them again.

They give you one week to respond to an e-mail or else they "recycle" the books. I asked for record my books were"turned to mush" as they stated. They did not provide that as they don't have individual book recycling records, and recycle in bulk. I asked if they could provide proof that they've recycled ANY books since then, they first told me that they didn't keep records of their recycling transactions, when I told them that's impossible, they then offered to send me a picture of the books they plan to recycle which doesn't prove my books were "turned to mush" it just proves they have a box of books they want to get rid of. Lastly they said they do actually keep record of bulk book recycling, but simply refused to share it with me. They're obviously hiding the fact that they sell the books they "don't want to buy". Company is a scam, don't bother, just sell it on amazon.

Within a day of placing my order it was cancel because it was apparently no longer available or in stock. This has been a listing I have been watching for over a month and I finally decided to buy it and am very disappointed my order was cancelled.

Good price and delivery was within the advertised window. I just wish it was made a little clearer it was shipped most of the way by a commercial carrier and only hit the post office for the final leg of the journey.

I had some textbooks that I did not use anymore and decided to sell them. So I looked into some websites and found TextbookRush.

I love textbookrush when they actually have my text book I need in stock for a rental price. I can sometimes find it cheaper used at my bookstore. You have to order the textbook you want at least a quarter in advance to make sure they have it in stock and you get it in time for your class. Using textbookrush at the very last minute is hard because they might not have the book you need if you are wanting to rent it. I have found this is the fastest and easiest way to save money.

Typical 'only giving one star because I can't give 0'. Textbookrush jipped me out of over $400. Long story short, they insisted they emailed me when I sent the wrong books when in reality they didn't. This review has been a long time coming. I hope y'all see this and remember me because if I lied, like y'all think I did since I never got a refund, why would I go to this much trouble, STILL. Process and sent me my money the day after receiving my textbook.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Not only did the send me a book with a different ISBN than the one that I paid for, when I asked to be reimbursed the difference, almost $25 they said that I could send the book back to them for a refund but that I would have to pay for the shipping. This piece of $#*! company doesn't know how to do anything properly. Honestly I would much rather spend the $300 dollars extra that the text book costs than deal with these incompetent people again.

TextbookRush accepted my order, successfully placed a hold on the entire amount of the order, then cancelled it, telling me the item was no longer available. When I contacted customer help, they said the order was cancelled because they thought I was trying to defraud them.

I loved that the have the option for shipping with FedEx because at my nearby location, I can print the shipping label in a "self services" kind of station and leave the box there and the shipping is fast. And they process the payback refund fast as well!
