I loved that the have the option for shipping with FedEx because at my nearby location, I can print the shipping label in a "self services" kind of station and leave the box there and the shipping is fast. And they process the payback refund fast as well!
I was quoted for a textbook, then I packaged it well and sent it off. I got emails when the book was received, checked in, and then when they submitted the PayPal payment to me for the price I was quoted for. I would absolutely do this again.
I sold my Architecture textbook to TextbookRush. The shipping is convenient. I just need to print a Fedex label and drop my book off at a Fedex store. I received the check in 10 days.

I found a rather esoteric programming book, and ordered it.
After shipping my books out to textbook rush, they received the books with in a couple of days. The process was was easy and quick to receive my quote and payment.
I had a 251-page book in which 6 pages (18 sentences total) where highlighted and they refused to pay me for it! My book was in excellent condition and I bet they will still sell my book, which is stealing! Then they want to charge me to send it back? Again, how is that fair? Take your books elsewhere. Textbookmaniac.com is a WAY BETTER bay back website.
Was offered 25.50 for a book, sent it in and got an email stating they could not accept and details were in product description in email. Nothing was there. Book was in VERY lightly used condition. To go from 25.50 to 0 is a little extreme.
If I could rate this a "0" I would. Whatever you do, DO NOT deal with these people. They are the ultimate scammers. I sent in a perfectly great book to sell to them after they quoted me a great price. Now they're saying the book is not "authentic" and they will not pay me any money and will not send my book back. This is nonsense. Now, after doing research, I'm finding it's typical for them to do this. I have dealt with several other buy back companies for the past 6 years -- selling back my college books. Every company I've dealt with was completely honest. This company -- NOT. DO NOT deal with this company.
I ordered the textbook earlier at the end of January into the beginning of February and it still hasn't arrived. It's been in limbo for a few days and it hasn't moved. I checked and it is still pending.
This company is a fraud! READ terms and conditions! They will send you books in bad condition and its up to you to let them know your book is in bad condition otherwise they will charge you for damaged book. Apparently it says that in the conditions. I was told to pay 250 for a damaged book that came to me that way.

Received rental returns from me by mistake and will not send them back. Claim to have notified me weeks ago and now will do nothing to get these books back to me. Will have to buy them from the place they should have gone to. Will never use them again. And very rude customer service.
