I am happy with my purchase of this book although it has a bit of writing in the book. This book is a good study material for The Fundamentals of Nursing. I would recommend this book to nursing students to narrow down certain key concepts about Fundamentals of Nursing Thanks!
It seem like it took forever for me to get my book. I didn't need it to be rushed, but my goodness. It took a week to get to me after it was first shipped.

They claim the textbook I sent them was counterfeit and that they had to send in to the publisher who confiscated it. I sent them a perfectly legitimate book and now I am not getting paid for it nor getting it back.
My puchase came in a few shipments over the course of a couple weeks. The first shipment arrived in a couple days, but my final shipment arrived in a couple weeks, with no communication between other than an email inquiry and unhelpful, non-specific response which didn't address the issue.

TextbookRush.com agreed to buyback a brand-new textbook from me, but when it was received they stated it didn't meet their standards and they couldn't accept it. I asked for details of why this was the case and they refused to give them. This is a case of extremely dishonest customer service.

The make a timely payment on good and service and great customer service
I ordered the book, after I didn't receive a shipping notice, I checked the order status online and it said the order was in Step 4 Packaged for Shipping. Two days later, I get an email saying the book was out of stock and my order was cancelled.
The web sitewas slow. Better now. Also. Your cart doesn't ime-out as it does with other buyers. Thanks!

I was very happy about the prices they had quoted and gave me the prices they stated accept for one stated there was water damage on the book. Fast payout didnt have to wait long for the payout and went right into my paypal account. Would sell to them again
