I was very happy about the prices they had quoted and gave me the prices they stated accept for one stated there was water damage on the book. Fast payout didnt have to wait long for the payout and went right into my paypal account. Would sell to them again

I was pleased with the price for both of the books I ordered.

The book ordered through a third-party doing business on textbook rush came through with no problem.

However, the book ordered directly from textbook rush somehow disappeared after I placed the order, and I was informed that the order was canceled with no attempt to supply it to me via another copy. That was disappointing.

Shipping tracking was, not wonderful.

Textbook Rush claimed that my Pathology Textbook had stains on the corners and provided 3 photos which appeared to prove it. Guess what? My book on arrival was in excellent condition, as I thought. This devious company used stock photos of a random "-ogy" book! They shouldn't have advertised the price if they weren't willing to pay me for it. They're probably banking on students shrugging their shoulders and moving on. Well, I experienced something you don't need to. Avoid at all costs.

I used to sell books for buybacks. I always got paid selling stuff monthly. When I tried to sell book for buyback, they stated account was suspend. I never got email or nothing. They suspend my account for no reason. Waste of time. I'll go elsewhere where my business is better appreciated.

I received a message that one of my books was being looked at for approval. I never got a final answer nor did my book get returned.

I have never used a service to sell back my textbooks before and this was so easy and fast. I will definitely use this again. It's a win win for everyone. Thank you!

Having rented in the past, I bought this time. Although well used, the book is still in great shape, arrived in less than a week, and saved me over $140!

Almost impossible to talk to someone. Accidently sent the wrong text book to them. Once I was able to get a live person to speak to. They told me they received the book, if I sent them $4 to cover shipping they would send back. I did this, they emailed me saying they received the payment would send book. Even gave me a shipping tracking number. Never received book back and the tracking number was not real. When I finally after several attempts was able to speak to someone. All they would say is they don't have the book. Denied having it.(although I have emails saying they did and the fake tracking number they gave me.) I contacted an attorney that sent them letter and called them without success. I can go to county t h ey are in and file a lawsuit and make a report to bbb. I wou km d nt recommend using them. I never thought I would have issues. I did though. Their customer service sick if you can reach them to speak.

I am a bit of a neat freak when it comes to my books. So I knew I had a good chance of getting my quoted value if i sold my books to TextbookRush, but was wary of the whole process. However, packing up the books was easy at my local FedEx (I recommend some bubblewrap!) and they processed my buyback extremely quickly. From the time I submitted my buyback to the time I received payment was a little over a week, which is much faster than anticipated.

Used book rated as "very good" was not, should have been fair.

Good, everything went smooth. Why do I have to use all the space

I was shocked when I was quoted a few more dollhairs (lol!) than I thought I was going to get for my used school book, that no one locally wanted to buy for dirt cheap. I was extremely satisfied with the free shipping and ease of just printing a shipping label and sending on its way. The length of time it took for Textbook Rush to receive my book from FedEx and process it, and get my payment to me was remarkable! I am a nursing student, so when I graduate and dont need my other books anymore, I will be using Textbook Rush again! Great Experience!
