Not a scam, just shady

I just bought my textbook right now and received it immediately. My credit/debit card information was secure because I used PayPal. The website used to be called collegestudentstextbooks.org and it has a high review rating on Trustpilot (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/collegestudenttextbooks.com). This website is shady because the owner buys the textbook from legit sources and resells them cheaper.
