I went to Texas Roadhouse a couple weeks ago. Although the food was acceptable, their concern for customers leaves a lot to be desired! I chose to pay for my bill using the computer on the table (the one with games on it). It changed the amount I entered for a tip, making it close to $10. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she said she'd take care of it, but two weeks later, I'm still waiting for them to refund the difference. I don't appreciate thieves or liars and will NOT be giving them anymore of my business!
Salad was not fresh at all; croutons were not crunchy at all, the steak (ordered rare) tasted burnt. I received condiments for baked potato when I ordered a sweet potato. Didn't get any ice cream with the brownie desert I ordered. The butter didn't seem that fresh either. To go service has gone downhill.
Quincy, IL Texas Roadhouse- We ordered prime rib, it was undercooked, tough, no AuJus served with it, so tough. Our waitress had a physical handicap and I applaud her, however, a customer not used to dealing with a person who has that type of disability and didn't smile or present herself pleasantly made us very uncomfortable. Texas Roadhouse needs to improve on their meat selection process!
Very unhelpful staff abd especially manager. We were party of 8 abd they did not want to make a booking in advance as they demanded we come 1-1 1/2 hours in advance and even then, we been told we might not get the table!
Three times in last six months (granddaughter likes the place), we have had terrible taste in any and all carbonated drinks and tea. The claim it has been fixed but today, the aftertaste in their tea is reminiscent of the smell of sewer water.
I was expecting the food here to follow in the old Southern tradition but was pleased to find the menus trending in a contemporary direction with emphasis on lean, fresh and organic fare -- while still keeping with Low Country/Southern convention. My favorite dish at the Ocean Terrace Restaurant, in fact, was shrimp and grits topped with a tasty tasso sauce and loaded with locally netted Georgia white shrimp, which are positively unmatched for flavor.
The chef and his staff are staunch advocates of the farm-to-table concept, sourcing produce, meats, poultry and dairy products almost exclusively from Georgia organic farms.
The waitress was good at her job but the steaks were overcooked and we never received our salads and also got the wrong sides. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and they were very busy for that time on a Saturday.
So in the past 2 months we have gone to Leominster Texas Road house the 1st time it was like a box of salt poured on my plate 2 weeks ago rotten sweet potato last night party of 5 plate came up missing so as everyone was done eating the missing plate showed up after spending well over 100$ you can believe we were very disappointed again
You have 19 yr old servers that have to memorize the menu and when one, who I may add has excellent reviews comes to a manager stating her guest has celiac disease to a manager and the cook they don't know what to properly serve her. And then fire the server because the guest got sick from the food. Unbelievable. And this is just one complaint I have against this establishment. There is no reason to fire someone who directly came to management for guidance and you couldn't provide it so u use your authority against them. If Texas roadhouse wants this type of "management ' to represent their establishment I will never recommend them to anyone
During Covid Texas Roadhouse stopped offering peanuts and won't give you the bottle of country Bobs steak sauce. Now the bring you a very small condiment container of it. Oh but they leave their nasty Texas Roadhouse brand of steak sauce on the table! This is why I no longer eat there.
Texas Roadhouse in Aurora has a great atmosphere. The employees seem truly happy and have alot of fun. They work great together. We started at the bar waiting for our table. The bartenders did a great job. We then went to our table. The bread and salads were great. The steaks were amazing! I did ask for mine med. And got med rare but I didn't mind because I like red meat. My husband's was perfect. Our waitress Darcy did a great job. She was very attentive. We can't wait to go back.
Bought the bowl, two cups of Texas chili. Both bowls had gristle and fat. Disgusting. Had to trash it. Had the chicken fingers. Two of the pieces were gristle and far. Gross. Threw them away. Used to love Roadhouse. Not anymore. Food has gone way downhill.
On a recent take out order, most of the dinner was thrown away. The baked potato had big chunks of salt on the skin and the inside tasted as if it had been standing for days. The green beans has so much salt that they, along with the potato were thrown away. The ribs and the salad were fine. We quit going inside because of the noise level and have gotten takeout before but this was the worst. We won't be going back.
My family went to Texas Roadhouse on 4/14. Told them we have a party 8, and they said it would be 50-60 minutes. That was fine. We were seated 50 minutes later at 2 different tables... not together! My family was celebrating a special occasion. First, if you weren't going to seat us together, we should've been told. Secondly, why did you make us wait 50 minutes to be seated at 2 different tables? When I left, I told the hostess, and she kept rolling her eyes at me. I do NOT recommend Texas Roadhouse!
Past three times we ate there out of five time total.
Food was cold and or dried out
This time my child got food sick had to leave school and that's all any of us ate all day
All of our meals were stone cold
She had deep fried sampler looked like frozen to microwaved disgusting
This was the new Berlin wi location
Just got home from having dinner at the CoonRapids,Mn.restaurant.We had wonderful service. We were asked many times if we needed anything. The kitchen Manager checked with us to make sure we were satisfied. Prime rib, rib eye and shrimp cooked to perfection.
Went to Texas roadhouse in Saint Charles Missouri for three months they dinner everything was fantastic. The waitress was amazing. Delicious atmosphere great and the Customer Service was beyond great. Everyone was very nice friendly it was an amazing experience.
We are a couple originally from Argentina, where eating meat is our "national sport"; and live in Australia, where meat is nearly a religion.
Said that, we must admit that our experience in TRH Harris County, Texas was simply amazing. Delicious steaks and sides, and above all we loved the customer service of all staff and especially our waitress Jodi. She was so friendly and recommended us the dishes we finally ordered, which we loved them!
Highly recommended!
They were not well organized. Had to wait for food after we ordered it because of the organization, so food was luke warm. And I think food quality was not that Great. I go there for dining and again after Pandemic is over. But not for pick up ever again!
Couldn't have a conversation sitting at a table near the rear wall. Asked to turn down the volume of rap/pop music. Was told it's company policy and the more people that come in, the louder it will get! Beware and DO NOT take a table anywhere near the ceiling mounted speakers!
Answer: Longhorn steakhouse - WAY better - the food is better, the menu choices better. People are great
